Apps updated to support iOS 10

So I got the iOS 10 GM few days ago which is same release as the final one and I restored it from scratch so theres no profile etc and went to review an app and it says can't review pre-release iOS???? but its the final one I'm confused someone plz help me

It's the same version.
 
facebook messenger has been updated to version 88

no idea if it includes iOS 10 support because there release notes are generic like they have been for months.
 
Grokker (a really cool yoga/fitness/cooking app) just updated and it has two new interesting features:
- You now get credit on activity rings for workouts done from winthin their app.
- If you do their meditation videos you get "Apple Mindful Minutes". :)

(actually, now that I think of it, both are really watch 3.0 features and not ios 10 features).
 
Just got the Uber update. Yeah, the update description doesn't say anything, but the app has been updated with iOS 10 features! I'm hoping that it has rich notifications too.
