I know! Ha. I've had three updates today! Currently waiting for DataMan Pro, Fantastical 2 and Tweetbot's updates.

The average time for an app update approval is two days so we should see some soon!

i've only had 1 app update for iOS 10 and that's the weather channel.

facebook app has been updated to version 34 but no idea if it includes iOS 10 features/support. same generic release notes that mention nothing.

Have to hand it to WhatsApp for delivering a release day update to support many new iOS 10 features, particularly CallKit - integration with the incoming call screen etc. In the past we've seen their feature updates lagging, so I'm pleasantly surprised.

Pretty disappointing that major VoIP player Skype has not updated to take advantage of this. I really do not understand how those developers can sit on an iOS 10 beta for 3 months and not having anything ready for release day.

I wish that developers would take full advantage of the new api's they have available to use in their apps in every new iteration of iOS. For instance, I remember during the iOS 8 keynote when they demoed widgets for the first time. They specifically showed off the possibilities of what the widgets could do with an Ebay widget. It was so useful and practical being able to watch your bids and place bids all within the widget displaying the interactivity one can have. Now, you're hard pressed to find widgets that have any level of interactivity without the need for the widget to open it's native app taking you away from the widget (the new shazaam widget being a prime example of the interaction taking you directly to the app instead of staying in the widget). Even recently with the iOS 10 keynote, apple once again demoed the awesome new interactivity with the espn app where not only can you view scores of your favorite teams, but they showed the ability to expand the widget in order to view a video highlight of the team playing. At the most basic of functionality, being able to update the info from your app within the widget without having to have the native app open (like push notifications except the info gets pushed to the widget). Am I the only one wanting these features? Is it too much to ask?

Ebay Widget for iOS 8 @ the 1:30:19 mark

ESPN Widget for iOS 10 @ the 54:40 mark

I agree. Saw the real potential in the ThermoWatch widget, which allows you to control a Nest thermostat almost entirely from an iOS 10 widget. It's incredible. It probably also requires a lot of work.

Messenger updated, seems to support incoming calll screen
As in Facebook Messenger? Would be nice if they called out some main features like that at least...unless they somehow aren't available to everyone at the same time or something like that.

yeah, i said it with some hesitancy as it only appears to work on my girlfriend's phone but not mine. can't find any settings that control it. will try a restart but it might be that it's only rolled out to some devices.

edit:restart did not fix it

Thats because Facebook does a roll out for some reason. Never understood it myself.
