"But when I activate screensaver for a night and log in at the morning - all the application start no response and beachballing."

I realize this sounds simplistic, but why not just shut it down (off) for the night, and reboot the next morning...?

It can happen during the day. Just a test like this was easier to do at night. And do not sit and watch all day in to screensaver.

It turns out that the problem is somehow connected with getting out of sleep mode after a long time of screensaver. But I don’t know, does the macbook go to sleep during the screensaver or not? After exiting the screensaver, I log into my account as if I exit sleep mode.

After exiting sleep mode without screensavers, such a problem does not seem to arise.

Sorry for my English)) Hopefully everyone make sense.

I would go the other way, if OP does not want to boot daily. I would, by the way, reboot daily for a quite a while during the testing phase to see if it truly solves the issue.

I never use a screen saver on any box, any platform. Serves no purpose, other than waste power, money, and making heat.

Why not simply sleep the screen.....which is turning it off. Arguably the best way to "save" a screen. Usually no wake issues on labs full of machines with screen sleeping.
