Just tried *6737# and mine says “We're sorry. Requested information is currently unavailable. Please try again later.” Did this for the other line I have ordered too and got the same message.

My apple app order has UPS # I see it on ups app. Nothing through ATT yet as well, does say preparing to ship.
Same here although I only have a Xs Max 256 ordered.I have orders in for an XS SG 256GB and XS Max SG 256GB. Both orders show preparing to ship through my app and through he AT&T website. Using the text interface and searching by wireless number they both show back ordered. Can't seem to anything in the text interface when using the order number.

Let’s assume that were true. Then what the rep is saying is anyone who ordered that model of phone after you has no chance of getting the phone? That would definitely upset a tremendous amount of people that ordered after you and had the delivery date of the 21st.Nope. I'm frustrated.
