FedEx has delivered about 10 packages to me over the past month and they all arrived before 11am CST. Here we are going on 1pm CST and no iPhone lol....:(

I want to go take a nap since I was up at 3am for my watch walk-in but I do not want to miss the truck. Eyes will keep on burning lol

Patience is a Virtue....

My fedex driver made the drop and it was listed as "no signature required" in the email I was sent. I live in a fairly secluded neighborhood though where you can't see my porch well from the main road. I've got security cameras I'm using to keep an eye on it until my wife gets home. I'm in Kokomo Indiana.

The frustrating thing about FedEx is the delivery notices only say “delivery before 8pm”, which keeps me home all day waiting (notice says signature required). UPS will give a delivery window (like 4p-6p) so you can go about your day. Waiting and waiting in California......

Well,
At least Fedex didn’t do ya like the did me and misdeliver to Who knows where in my town.
They have a ‘trace’ team on it, but I don’t have a lot of confidence in that.

So are they requiring a signature or no?
No signature required at my house, which kind of blows my mind in a way, given the high dollar value of these phones.

Our regular FedEx person comes later in the afternoon, but we got lucky and he came at 12:45 today. This is in the Dallas area (not Fort Worth). We also had a delivery from UPS today and he got here at nearly the same time, about five hours ahead of his regular schedule. Go figure!

I'm really sorry to hear crazy stories of AT&T pulling phone orders back from delivery, etc. I only tolerate AT&T because they have the best service in my area, but overall they are definitely not winning at customer service.

Houston...still waiting. Typically fedex delivers around 10am for me. 2:00pm and still no phones. The wait is killing me.

Just called Fedex, 1st rep tells me it arrived at facility too late to be loaded for delivery and wouldn’t come til Monday, asked if I could pick it up. He says yes, I ask to be transferred to local facility to confirm package is there....hold time...then disconnected. Call back get another rep who tells me it should be delivered today but hasn’t left facility...once again I ask to pick it up.....she calls local facility....comes back to say they show package is there but want to confirm so they would like my phone number to call me back when they have package in hand. I am
FURIOUS to say the least!!!!

There is still hope. I had exact same message for my iPhone. My AT&T watch made the dispatch and arrived in a FedEx truck this morning but was unable to get any updates on the phone.
3 hours later my AT&T XS Max arrived in an unmarked ‘RV Rental’ van driven by a real FedEx employee, no signatures required.

Phone finally got delivered. They didn’t even knock on the door. Just left it in the mailbox. I even had a sign up on the front door to knock on the side door. At least I got it
