Yea or they ship to the carrier in Tennessee then the carrier ships them from there.

Ah got it! I assumed you ordered directly thru the carrier site. So far it seems dates are baked in…
Mine is still on hold. I called them this morning and support told me that everything looks ok on their end regarding my order and is just waiting for shipping. This happened last year too but the verbiage was different. Instead of “On Hold” they used “Backordered.” Things should be fine. It would be nice if AT&T provided less cryptic status information.
My iPhone 14 Pro - 256GB - Space Black is still showing "On hold" with a 9/15 expected ship date.
Yep still on hold status. But shipping date is still showing a 9-16 delivery.
I have two orders they’re only 15 min apart one shipped already. I guess we should just sit tight and relax.
I know many of us have seen the FedEx tracking show up (in our FedEx accounts), but does anyone's status show as "Shipped" on AT&T's website?
The shipment from ATC in Fort Worth is most likely the trade-in kit. I also got the notice today from FedEx for a delivery Tuesday. Is anyone getting notice for a shipment from ATC who is NOT doing a trade-in?

My package from Fort Worth is 2 lbs, that’s not a trade in kit. Last couple years trade in kit comes after delivery of new phone - which makes sense.
anyone who has a shipping date of Sept 15th should not be worried. I have ordered from ATT for the past 4 years and have ALWAYS received my phone on the first day. Many times I do not see any movement until the day before, once even the evening before. ATT has always been good of getting the phone out for release day.
Historically all of mine require signatures but 90% are usually left at the door without, especially if I take the day off work to sign for it....
I am not doing a trade in on either of my upgrades and have a shipment in Ft Worth from ATC.
