When you log in to your AT&T account, if the order still says “Great news we’re just about ready to ship your order ” like mine does, dial *6737# (ORDR) and AT&T will send you a text asking how you’d like to search your order (wireless number, contact number, order number) and I received my tracking number for FedEx that way meanwhile the website isn’t updated

My ProMax 256 Purple just flipped from about to ship to shipped, via FedEx. Original delivery date friday before 8pm, shows updated today before 8pm. Fully expecting it tomorrow..... Irving TX to Springfield, MO.
 
Looks like overnight mine flew from Irving, TX to Indianapolis, IN. There is a FedEx flight to Baltimore in about 40 minutes or one that arrives at 5am tomorrow. I suspect it will be the early flight tomorrow with delivery soon after. Screen Shot 2022-09-15 at 8.08.17 AM.png

It’s not a panic, just fun watching & participating / conversing with many iPhone enthusiasts with the one thing we all have in common, a new iPhone. Me especially because of the ability to now shoot photos in 48mp resolution! I’ve been waiting and hoping for this for a long time.

Well my iPhone 14 Pro max is on the way! Currently in Fort Worth Tx on its way to my house. I took Friday off so I ca receive it. Too many stories I’ve heard where thieves follow UPS / FedEx trucks on iPhone launch day and steal the packages off the porches after it was delivered, so yeah… I’ll be waiting while doing chores at home.

Wondering if anyone else has this problem. My wife ordered the 256gb Deep Purple Pro and it looks like her status changed last night from "Great News......etc." to now "Shipped" with a tracking number for delivery tomorrow but on the other end of mine (14 Pro Max Silver 256gb) still says "Great News....etc."

Anybody else have this situation or know what it could mean?
 
Received my update - Hi, it's AT&T. Your order's on its way. Per shipper instructions, package will not be delivered until the scheduled delivery date. Friday, 9/16/2022
 
Well then , was not able to hold package at FedEx hub. Its possibly giving me reschedule delivery options but earliest is Monday. Contemplating since I'm heading out of town tomorrow for over night trip and afraid FedEX will just deliver and leave on porch lol. I have multiple cameras covering the porch but its not going to stop a porch pirate from easy pickings on launch day. :(. At least I can pick up Apple Watch at UPS CC right at 10:00am lol.
 
Mine shipped via FedEX from Irving, TX, but is taking a little detour though Indianapolis before coming back down south to me in Louisiana for delivery tomorrow!

Did you both order from At&T? If so, At&T is good at sticking to their scheduled delivery date. However, keep in mind that their actual site is late to update. On At&T my order says preparing to ship but when I jump into my FedEx I have tracking number and movement. At&T has a pretty good rep and have release dates down pact. If you're already registered with Fed Ex or UPS, I would jump in there and see what pops up.
 
Just received my shipping info for delivery tomorrow. Mine is UPS unlike most others. Ordered max pro 128gb black from ATT.com during first hour or so of preorders.

I ordered both of the phones at the same time within the same account. Already have an account signed up with FedEx but my wifes phone and tracking doesn't show up but I'll keep trying.
 
I ordered at 14 Pro 512 Space Black at 11:12 EST preorder day. Shockingly had a ship day of today, but had no movement or tracking number. At 7:47AM today got the text that the order is on its way, and to my surprise, it’s UPS as well. Guess Fedex couldn’t meet AT&T’s needs? Ha

I always have Apple anything products shipped to my place of business, I know the drivers, and subs they use for our route, both FedEx and UPS.

Woke up this morning and my status page updated to show that in fact on phone shipped out on MONDAY and I finally have a UPS tracking number. It is showing to be delivered tomorrow so it's a good thing I scheduled off work for that day!

Received email this morning from ATT that my phone shipped via FedEX. It actually shipped and was picked up by fedEX on Sunday. I will have it tomorrow.
