Two questions - This will be the first year I have my phone delivered. Is signature required?

And for people using beta software, should we back out of that first? I recall having a problem setting up a phone or iPad a few years ago. Might have been because of beta software. I don't remember the details.

As long as you’re not on 16.1 you should be okay. As far as I’m aware, the RC version of 16.0 is the same as the public release so it’ll be a lower or equal build number to whatever comes on the new iPhone. If that is the case, everything should transfer smoothly.

Still no shipping notification here. Pre-ordered the 14 Pro 128gb around 8:10am EST (got the order confirmation at 8:16am). Still says excepted ship date is today (9/15) with the same "Great News! We're just about ready..."

Tried the *6737# method but got the same info as the website says. Fingers crossed!


EDIT: You guys are awesome. Checked my FedEx account and there it is, In Transit. Says the same as a lot of you that estimated is expected by 8pm tonight but obviously being held until tomorrow. Still in Irving, TX.

I got a FedEx notification Tuesday, and got all excited when I saw the estimated shipping move to Wednesday, but as I expected they aren’t letting it budge, so it has sat in Indianapolis. Thankfully I’ll be receiving it tomorrow at launch though!

With a ATT expected **** date of 9/15 I open my UPS app to see a random tracking number in there. When i go to open it up it says details not yet available and im not exactly sure what that means

Update. Got this notification on my FedEx app this morning. I laughed when I saw the delivery date/time as I’ve personally never seen anyone get the new phones early, regardless of what the shipping says. At least I know it'll be here tomorrow (hopefully)

Wondering if anyone else has this problem. My wife ordered the 256gb Deep Purple Pro and it looks like her status changed last night from "Great News......etc." to now "Shipped" with a tracking number for delivery tomorrow but on the other end of mine (14 Pro Max Silver 256gb) still says "Great News....etc."

Anybody else have this situation or know what it could mean?

Well it looks like mine now shows a FedEx tracking but it's coming from Plainfield, IN US and hers is coming from Fort worth right down the road from us lol

Phew finally got shipping for 512GB Park Max Silver. We’re usually one of the first few stops for FedEx so hopefully I can get it earlier rather than later tomorrow.

Pro 256 Purple
Pro Max 512 Black

FedEx shows both in Ft Worth as of last night (Wednesday)
Sat in Irving for 4 days

ATT shows 256 shipped, nada on Max

I’m sure they’ll both here around 3pm tomorrow (Friday). When FedEx usually arrives here.

AT&T cancelled my pre-order due to not being able to verify me. Luckily; I know some store managers in the area since I just quit working for AT&T and they are holding 3 iPhone 14 Pros for me. But damn you AT&T. Anyone else get cancelled for not being able to be verified.
