Look up on UPS or FedEx if you have their upgraded login. Mine shines on FedEx, nothing on ATT site.
Maybe if the distribution center had a customer service/pickup parcel connected to it?
Several years ago I changed my billing address on my ATT account before shipping. I was going to be at my sister’s house 1400 miles away. I changed it to my sister’s address on Ohio so I could hold the delivery at the local UPS pickup center.
ill check again at like 8pm i guess. I don't think they'll ship after that.
I just got hold of customer service and they were able to confirm that my phone will ship with FedEx and it says no delivery until the 16th. They also gave me a tracking number but the phone hasn't shipped yet so doesn't show up on the Fedex site. My phone is still in the "we're almost ready to ship" status.
Same got a hold of customer service and they provided me a tracking number for FedEx. Nothing has been updated though on the ATT website. Great to see it sitting in Dallas.

You need to upload an ID. If you need to, they would have notified. I had to do this when I purchased my 12.
Interesting that tracking on my 14PM shows it arriving to the Chicago facility tonight, so it should get delivered early tomorrow.
I ordered an iPhone 14 pro max, silver 128 gb at like 7:58 am on the 9th. It says on the ATT app that it was supposed to ship today and it hasn’t and when I call ATT they can’t give me any more information. Am I going to receive it tomorrow? Or do you think I’m SOL at this point?
Give it time, a lot of people, myself included have not received any updates from ATT yet. I am in the same boat as you are, with the exception of calling them. I have checked FedEx and UPS, both are telling me nothing is in route to my address yet, not sure what to think either. Just hang in there, they are pre-orders, I don't think there was any guarantee that it will arrive on launch day, depends on location and product availability. Unfortunately, ATT was taking pre-orders that day at 5am.
Same boat but whats weird for me is that my wife's phone is showing picked up at 9:43am but not mine, mind you both were ordered together and shipping labels were created at 3:05am as well. Im hoping they get here together tomorrow but lets see
Just got a shipping notification from ATT. Original ship date was 9/23-9/30. I ordered at 4:37pm eastern on 9/9. There is hope for the people late to the show! Lol
