I ordered the Space Grey 42mm aluminum with the not so dark olive band. I was really thinking of canceling and ordering the Nike one but it won’t ship till almost December.

It flashed on screen when I ordered and I didn’t get to screenshot it. I have looked everywhere on att online and app and I can’t find an invoice. I have gone on chat with att twice and they don’t know ****, other than it will ship as soon as possible. When I ordered my airpods I had the same problem, they didn’t have any info on my order (they where delivered on time). Guess I’ll just be in the dark till tomorrow.
 
No movement for me yet. Still “in progress”. Ordered a SS w/soft white band the Sunday after lunch. My ship dates are still 10/27 - 11/10.

Hope to see some movement soon!!!

Ordered 42mm silver with seashell sport band (ordered 9/17). It's pretty much been saying 10-27 delivery since order.

Just got notification that I'll be receiving it tomorrow. I do live in Texas though so it makes sense since it's shipping from fort worth.

Ordered on 10/2, 42MM Series 3 Gold with Pink Sand Loop... ship dates 10/16 - 10/23, still no movement. The wait is killing me!!!
 
So today was the last day of my shipping estimate of 10/6-10/13 and still in progress . Spoke to Att and they can’t tell me crap

Just received notification, mine has been shipped tonight 10/13, scheduled delivery is 10/16!!!!
 
Ordered SS Silver with white watch band on 6 October with delivery date of 6 Nov to 13 Nov. Now moved to 31 October. Hope it comes earlier....
 
alright. Just ordered 38 sb ss w/att. It says Oct 27/nov 3. Best buy missed their 10/13 and now says Nov 12. So we will see who comes first. Had I just ordered att first I would have had it as I placed by BB order on 09/19 I think.
 
Does the customer service summary e-mail have any correlation to an item being shipped, because I just got that e-mail.
 
Just a gentle reminder to all: AT&T does not make the Apple Watch, they don't maintain a vast warehouse of Apple Devices. Generally your Apple Watch will ship from Fort Worth the same day it arrives from China via Apple's Supply Chain.

That is why you don't see status changes or "movement", from AT&T's perspective, your device is on Back-order from the time you order until it arrives in Bulk Shipments from China.

If you want more visibility to your devices movement, you really need to order directly from Apple.

Well Dave, I thought that Att made the Apple Watch themselves, thanks for clearing that up. What I am complaining about is that they gave a timeline of delivery that has passed. I understand that there could be delays. What I don’t understand is why they can’t really give me any information about my order and ANY indication of when it may be shipped. The reason I used Att was because they offer 0% interest payment plan for the watch. Thanks for the advice Dave. You have been a great help. Thanks for being gentle.

The answer to your question is your Device is Back-ordered in AT&T's system. No Device no verifiable information to provide!

Oh and since you are so smart, I know that you already know that Apple also offers a 0% interest payment plan for the Watch. Apple assigns you a phone in China and you can track it all the way to your door or the Apple Retail location of your choice.

Yep. I got an e-mail confirmation as soon as the order was placed. Shortly after that it went to 'Preparing for Shipping' and yesterday afternoon I got the shipment notification e-mail w/ UPS tracking. The tracking shows it was picked up in Fort Worth, TX this morning.

Man I got jiffed! Att finally told me that my order was messed up and was in limbo. They transferred my order to the "escalation" team. I should get a response in 24-72hrs. Ugh.
