Bummer. I would honestly consider cancelling the order (if you still can) and walking into a store and ordering if possible.Man I got jiffed! Att finally told me that my order was messed up and was in limbo. They transferred my order to the "escalation" team. I should get a response in 24-72hrs. Ugh.
Not sure if they are prioritizing in-store customers or not. My mom walked in earlier today to order one and hers has already moved to Preparing for Shipping as well.
