I'll test it outside later, but dang.

Jesus that's hideous.

3G switched on aroud 9pm last night here in Auburn, AL. My friends and I were sitting on the couch and I looked down at my phone and saw a 3G instead of an E. After everyone restarted their phones we all had 3G!

I know its amazing to finally have it. I ran a speedtest and was getting around 1.2Mpbs. Now, I wonder how well it will work during gameday?:p

ATT 3G network just got slower..

As some of you recall with my "ATT enchances 3G networks" topic, i thought, w0w speeds increases in Atlanta now. Complete BS.

If you do not recall, I received a text saying ATT enchanced 3G network by making it faster, more coverage, and reception in the Greater Atlanta, North Atlanta, and Athens area which is where i live.

After this text, speeds now avg 1.4-1.5 Mbps.I used to get 2.1-2.3 Mbps...

Wow, ATT, enhancing one part of an area makes another area worse..

Good job...this makes me really sad now...

Has this happen to you......If you live in the Atlanta area, have you notice slower speeds?...or just post your comments or opinions here.

Thanks for Reading

Most of these upgrades have been reallocating 3G from the 1900mhz band to the 850mhz band that was previously used for TDMA.

I don't get a strong 3G signal in Socal, ranging between Murrieta and Santa Ana.

On average I'm seeing between 6-800k down and 3-67k up but I've seen it as low as 60-80k down and 3-8k up.

However one time I saw 1200k down and 340k up.

On top of that my VVM doesn't work. I can't get any voicemail lol!
