can someone help me out here?

changing things in configureMe.js doesn't work for me.
for example, changed var showWeatherani in false, doesnt work. the animation is still on the lockscreen.
also setting the weatherforecast to my place using weathercode doesnt work.
can't change the background either.. (copied, pasted and changed the name in LockBackground.png)

There is a lot of good information in this forum on this. But maybe a video will do better. I am here for a rotation issue but and did not know about this site before i installed the widget. I used the video method as I feel I do better with anyway, below is a link to the video I used and when i was done everything worked just like it said it would.

Changing the position of the clock the weather forecast and the accompanied shadows

How do I make the the clock and the forecast lower so they don't leave a gap at the bottom of the screen, and to get the clock out the way of the sun and moon animation. There shadows might have to be moved as well. thanks please help.
Also if your iphone's or whatever are running slow I would suggest "fake clock up" which stops different deamon files from running like crash reports which speed up you idevise depending on the percentage faster you want it to run on and also speeds up animations it only does animations if you put it on 2% faster so try it out.

Did you write it exactly the same? I had some issues before when I put PNG in caps and that caused issues similiar to watch you were experiencing. Other than that...I don't know.
How Exactly did you get your phone to look like that? I've been trying for quite some time now...

It's been a while since i have touched an IOS device. I kept looking at the HTML file or the .js file i think where it started to show up. and I went one by one until i found the that was accessing the text and other icons, and removed which ones I wanted off the screen.

here's my version... let me know if anyone needs any help. though from what i've seen in this thread, no matter what problem u encounter, someone has posted a fix, somewhere in the last 8 pages :D

I recently jailbroke my Iphone, and I downloaded HTC Weather Widget 1.7. I have been able to modify everything I want except the lockscreen background. I have spent the last two days scouring the internet and pouring through forums to find this answer. I have iFile, and am trying to use that. Does anybody know how to change the lockscreen background to one of your saved Iphone photos??? If so, I would GREATLY appreciate a step by step process of how to do so. And please, be VERY specific.

has anyone managed to make this work in ios6 and lockinfo or intelliscreenx?

with lockinfo I get nothing and with intelliscreenx I cannot move the notifications under the weather.

any help?

Same here.
I got the HTC weather animated on my lockscreen but can't see notification.

has anyone else encountered the problem for this theme on an ip5 where the top 20% of the wallpaper shows up on the bottom of the screen? i can't find the x,y axis setting in the lockbackground.html to fix it. the only thing i've found is changing the zoom(?) percentage from the default 61% to 70% so that the wallpaper then covers the bottom portion of the screen but then it's more zoomed in than it should be. anyone know a fix?

I haven't had that particular problem, however I did adjust the vertical height of the background image to 568 pixels to compensate for the increased length of the screen, may want to give it a shot (definitely better looking as the image fits the whole screen now).

I was able to get the forecast off, and the correct location added. But is it possible to have the HTC weather widget working and a different screen when plugged in and charging??

I want to use this theme as a Springboard theme. I have an iPhone 5.

So far, I've managed to get the widget in the sb, but if I want to use the background of my choice, I can't, everything is black.

I tried replacing all background images from the animations but, even though the images have the correct width and height, they don't fill the i5 screen.

Is there something I need to edit in the html file to make the backgrounds fill the screen?

Any help would be appreciated.
Willy.

I edited the html file to set the resolution to half of the i5 screen's dimensions (the theme isn't retina on the background). No idea about changing the background to something else though.

HTC Weather Animation

After playing with the code.

I was able to create a version that doesn't have the clock, but just the animated sequence and temperature values so its very clean and elegant. See if you guys like it.

Another question I have is does this really drain the battery that much. Im curious.

Hello Dammit Cubs,

Please send me instructions as to how you remove the clock and just keep the weather animation. Thanks a bunch.

To answer your question: Yes there is 1% battery drain every 30 minutes (on average).
