I love the squeeze bacon vid!

A friend told me how to make excellent bacon and garlic chicken wraps:

Use the cheapest bacon you can get, the fat will be absorbed into the chicken so supermarket brand "cheap" streaky bacon is perfectly fine.

1) mix garlic, mixed herbs and philadelphia (or garlic philadelphia) with a large finely chopped onion.

2) lay 2 or 3 slices of bacon on a chopping board next to each other.

3) place a chicken breast on the slices of bacon and slice halfway into it to make it into a pocket.

4) fill with some of the onion and philadelphia mixture

5) wrap the bacon around the chicken breast to seal it and hold it all together with cocktail sticks.

6) put it in the oven for about an hour on high/medium

7) remove the cocktail sticks then eat it with salad or mixed vegetables. it's very filling!

YUMMY!

Earlier this year, the results of a research study in the UK suggested that a bacon sandwich was an effective hangover remedy.
