I ordered Space Black Link Bracelet from CEX - US (Grade A - $290) on 01/12 and was dispatched on 01/12. It is been 3 days and tracking number they gave me still says Invalid.

What strap did you buy from cex?

Blue Sport and Green Sport. Also a side note.. I was told last time I was in CEX that Grade A no longer requires a box, if the item is Grade A that is all that matters.

I sold an LG Watch Urbane in there as Grade A, the watch was MINT but I had no box, no paperwork and the charger plug and cable were from an old Blackberry.

i bought a white sport strap (grade A) online, despatched yesterday,

good news (for me) - it arrived today.

bad news - i got two pieces with the pin, and only one of the other side. S/M, which isn't much use to me.

Damn, that's sloppy work...

mm. it worries me about their quality checking now.

i'm assuming almost all the sports bands they sell, come from the apple watches. they separate from the bands, if that makes sense. so when they sell lavender, it probably has the rose gold pin?

they have a midnight blue on there i'm not sure whether to take the plunge on. at £20 it's not much of a saving for me compared to waiting and buying in HK from the apple store.

I brought the midnight blue one today, I believe I managed to snatch the last 42mm grade A one on there. They had it up for £18, that and £25 for a grade A product red which I got. Only £15 saving but with a bit of luck its newly sealed but I'll report back when I get them

Some newer colour sport bands cost more and aren't really worth the small saving, anything below £15 I'll take the CEX risk. I do want the black leather loop for £40 though...

I'm going to be finding myself constantly watching the site to see if one popping up, or the blue leather loop. I guess it's just pure luck coming across it at the right time

I did that to get the green band, since apple stores don't sell it anymore I really wanted one lol.

I'm after a grade a blue leather loop in medium as well. Nothing has showed up for a few months now.

I went in store to CEX last weekend for the Lavender sports band (last one too!), it was in Grade A condition but it didn't come along with a box or the M/L spare band with it, luckily enough i only use the S/M band though.

So far (knock on wood) i haven't run into any problems with CEX, and i'll keep going to them for any more bands that i'll want in the future. :)

I will be majorly pissed if my green and blue sports bands don't come with both band sizes, I paid for grade A for a reason..

To be really honest....It does bug me a little bit that i didn't get the other band size (just to have the 'whole set', in a way), but i mainly bought the Lavender band because i wanted it with the Rose Gold pin (which it does!) and it's made me realise that i might NOT have liked the Rose Gold sport as much as i like it in photos lol :p

They should be priced as grade C if the box and half the contents is missing lol. I wear the M/L band so if mine arrives with S/M I'll be returning it.

Good luck with it though man :) My Black Sports (with Black pin) arrived in it's box with the spare band, it was Grade A.

I hope mine are too! Not biggie if not and I need to return, closest CEX is only 15 mins away. Struggling with Stainless Steel AW envy at the moment... Kinda wanna swap my Space Grey Sports for one but no way will I make enough back on the Sport.

I've been feeling the same with my little 38mm Sport lol :p Although, i might wait until the AW2 before upgrading to the SS and possibly the 42mm...

this has convinced me half their bands, especially sports, are not bought as new in box but taken off the watches they are sold (if they are new, obviously, then the band will be new but there wont be a box)

i'm waiting to see what CEX say about mine. i may end up returning it and just going to the apple store for another product red (i want a matching band for me and the wife, we only have one of each one we have so far. tbh, i only actually needed the end of the sports band anyway as i use the M/L and she the S/M... is it strange to have three complete bands instead of 2 because of this error and still be annoyed - because only one of them fits me.)

Well my green band arrived today, all 3 pieces, not new but in an apple watch sport box. Only problem is they sent me a 38mm instead of 42mm! On top of that god knows where my blue one is. I'm done with CEX online.

I think they may come from different stores. So separate packages. The online stock level always seems to tally with the amount in stores on the right hand side of the page.

I'm aware of that, I ordered the blue band a week before the green band. Off to the store now to return this 38mm green.

Oh no. Maybe you'll be lucky and they'll have a 42mm in stock you can just swap it for!

The 42mm green has been out of stock for months in A grade so I jumped at the chance when one went in stock.

Anyway, story time:

I went to my local CEX to return the band they sent (38mm instead of 42mm), it even said 42mm on the box it was in! Anyway the guy behind the counter tried to convince me that all AW bands are the same size just 2 different lengths. After I pointed out it says 38mm on the back he ignored it, I showed him my black band on my watch where it says 42mm, I even took it off my watch and gave it him to hold next to the 38mm band. His reply way "yeah it's different but not 4mm different".

By this point I was getting annoyed and he could tell that so he went to speak to the manager who informed him that there are 2 different sizes. No apology from the guy but he then proceeded to refund me, the wifi wasn't working well in store so I was waiting for about 20 minutes. He then said I can have a voucher as it was taking so long so I said ok that's fine, turns out he couldn't do that either.. Another 20 minutes goes by and he finally gives in and just gave me the cash.

Long story short, I won't be ordering any more straps off CEX, if my blue one actually turns up I'd be surprised if it's even correct.
