My Master List of Tweaks, any recommendations?

Here goes:
Accelerate - replaced FakeClockUp, ability to adjust speed without respringing and disabling for certain things like the loading wheel and editing home screen icons/moving them the wiggle is stock speed instead of looking wigged out. Tried %hook's law also but the springiness made me uninstall it and revert to FakeClockUp before finding this.

Activator - plug in headphones, play music immediate. Slide finger over clock in status bar to simulate a press of the lock button (put phone to sleep with a quick gesture)

AdBlocker - try to kill off iAds in apps and make the browsing experience and youtube watching experience a lot more hassle free

Auxo - card style multitasking, hold finger to 'delete all apps' -- replaced WeeKillBackground for me

Callbar - receive and get calls while still doing my thing on the phone, without it taking over the whole screen

Chromizer - Full screen for Chrome, gestures

Color Keyboard - theme my keyboard to look like MBP keys

Color Profiles - dont need, but if my screen was a weird tint or not the greatest quality it would/has helped in the past

f.lux - be good to my eyes at night and warm the screen temperature so it doesn't effect my ability to go sleep and mess with my REM. scientific.

FastBlurredNotifcationCenter - got from RPetrich's repo, blurred and transparent background

FullForce for iPhone - make black bar apps full screen without respringing and first time starting up the app

FullSCreen for Safari - gestures and full screen portrait mode

iCleaner - get rid of history, incomplete Cydia downloads, just stuff that's truly taking up space. Will use once a month

iFile - file structure of iPhone

infinifolders - no limit on apps in folders

Intelliscreen X - twitter and reader and mail in NC. shows icons when muted in status bar, when receiving text and email missed calls, etc. Allows NC to be used on lock screen. Includes Messages+ for quick compose and reply. Gets rid of need for BiteSMS

MultiIconMover - move multiple icons at a time page to page

NCSettings - toggles in NC. Kills the need for SBSettings

Nitrous - enables Nitro javascript engine on apps aside from safari like chrome, imdb, facebook, alien blue. REALLY fast and awesome

Respringcachefix- from Rpetrich repo too, respringing a lot in 6.1 junks up the phone with files. this nips it in the bud

Safaridownloadmanager

Pandora Downloader - no skip limit, no ads, get songs

Springtomize - shrink icons, customize dock, 'slide to unlock' text, status bar elements, disable newstand, hide badges on folders, etc etc

SwipeShiftCaret - swipe selection over text to avoid typos

TetherMe - enable native tethering

UnrestrictPremium -- allow airplay over HBO and SHO apps

XBMC - handles all media formats

Zephyr - replaces home button, slide up to exit

Zeppelin - graphics where the carrier name is

3G unrestrictor - get FaceTime back, remove MB limitations on apps, streaming quality, etc.

Thanks for the list. Since i JB iOS 6.1 I've been adding tweaks i didnt have before .

Although its nice to experiment its also prudent to keep your list of installed reasonably sorted out.

Delete unused tweaks or ones that do duplicate something carried out by another.

"appinfo" to generate and export a list all of your installed apps (Cydia and iTunes), and sources and much more.

- Lockscreen Clock Hide - to get rid of the default LS clock

- No Lock Bars - to remove the top and bottom LS panels (and the pesky line)

- MapsOpener - Make Google Maps the default maps app.

- SnowCover4 - Pimp your LS music art

-Springtomize 2 - customise your phone to your hearts content.

-BytaFont - Change your phone fonts - apply them where you want them.

I like Barrel, but it's graphically glitchy when going between pages every once in a while.

I think it needs an iOS 6 update or something.

What's the benefit of using xbmc on iPhone? Can you AirPlay movies stored on NAS to stock AppleTV using it?

I'm just an XBMC diehard in general. Realistically, it probably won't get much use on my iPhone 5. But it sure looks pretty good with FullForce on it.

Yes I know , I dont install tweaks which perform the same actions . If one is already installed it will remain like that.

How do you set up autoplay when you plug in headphones in Activator? Couldn't find that setting.

Choose where you want it to work...anywhere, at home screen, in app, on lockscreen. Then scroll all the way to the bottom where you see the section called Wired Headset. Then tap on "Connected". Then scroll just a tiny bit down to the audio section and choose "Play".

Improvement wise to the OS, hard to beat dietbanners. Gives you great flexibility to manage iOSs horrible notification banners. My fav is just having them in the status bar.

Great list guys, here is my contribution to the list of tweaks that are so far compatible with iOS 6.x

OP has most of the major tweaks like Auxo, Barrel, etc covered, but here's some ones that didn't make OP's list which I think are useful!

- CameraTweak (adds in a lot of extra functions in the native iOS Camera app, very useful if you are serious about photography)

- Display Recorder (allows you to make videos of your iPhone screen to make
tutorials/guides or simply show off your jailbroken themed iPhone to family/friends ;) )

- FolderEnhancer (makes crappy iOS folders better!)

- iAPCracker (free inapp purchases, great for MOST games!)

- ProTube 2 (adds ability to download video in Youtube App in different quality and also audio, also you can use the authors other app called Bridge to import music from the Youtube app onto iPod app)

- Bridge (import media from Youtube onto iTunes library)

- MapsOpener (opens map in Google maps, screw iOS Maps)

- NoNewsIsGoodNews (hides newsstand for good)

- NoStoreButton (removes Store button from Music app)

- NowNow (disabled Siri, use this for Google Search)

- Open in Chrome (not a fan of safari, opens all links in Google Chrome)

- Plugication (automatically play iPod/Music when headphones or AUX car cables are attached)

- Pull to Dismiss (dismiss keyboard by scrolling, useful)

- ResetAllKiller (disabled all the Reset buttons in Settings app, just as a precautionary measure!)

- Software Update Killer (disabled software updates, hide app badges from setting so when Apple releases new iOS version and no jailbreak is out for it, we don't have to look at a badge everytime on the Settings app)

- SwipeSelection (very very useful in moving cursor and selecting texts while typing than native iOS function, give it a try or watch the youtube video on cydia for this app, you will see what I mean)

- Winterboard (of course, the mother app if you are going to do any type of slight Theme-ing)

- PKGBackup (backs up everything related to Cydia in cloud storage like Dropbox, very useful, but pricey tweak!)

Waiting patiently for the following 2 apps to get iOS 6 compatibility:

- FolderIcons (to make folders all pretty)
- Gridlock (to customize my theme further)

The one I'd add that I haven't seen listed yet is...

WiCarrier - Shows the name of the WiFi network you're connected to on the status bar instead of the carrier name. The carrier name will show up when you're not connected to WiFi.

I'm with you on that. I use the combination of DietBanner and DietBar. I don't know why apple made banner notifications intrude on navigating apps. And me personally, I don't know why apple has the navigation bars take up so much space. I always install these two tweaks.

Are you referring to diet bulletin? I can't find either of those 2 tweaks in cydia.

Edit: Nevermind, I think dietbulletin is the newer version of those two
