Methinks this thread went from posting "FAIL" pics to what are otherwise termed "funny" pics, and the difference is in the intent and/or irony of the photograph's content or subject.

Maybe we could have another thread wherein there are funny pics, and leave this for FAIL material.

thought.

I second this motion. This thread has seriously gone down hill.

Yah, and on that note it's time to unsubscribe to this thread.

Getting a giggle out of others misfortune and accidents is one thing, but when we start to make fun of people regarding their financial status compared to our own, that's just ugly and not fun anymore.

Thanks for the laughs.

well id say its a common sense fail. dont see why you would put your child in something so unsafe.. you may be poor but you cant still defer right from wrong

In my imagination
...but they can't fix it because the problem turned out to be a bad Mute button on the keyboard! ;)

Come to think of it, they should sell each key separately so we don't have to send the whole keyboard in if it needs repair. :D

Yeah, or can I send in just the mother board and have Dell send me a new machine since their construction on their towers is crap?

How about Windows just send me the f**king missing file that always seems to disappear after a restart and freeze/crash my computer...? I'd take that over having to reinstall Windows once a month.

I really hope this thread doesn't get closed just because the amount of thought before posting has gone drastically downhill.

Person busting their face trying to do a triple flip in the air while on a skateboard = fail
Drunk driver falling asleep and running over bikers and killing someone = tragedy

Discern the difference and let's keep the original intent of this thread going. Laughs.

Actually, neither of those examples is remotely funny.

I think this fits the thread more. ;)

That's hilarious. I've seen someone do the same thing but with aquariums. However, that actually seemed to work. This most certainly does not.

Actually, neither of those examples is remotely funny.

I find the first humorous because they put themselves in that situation. Especially when most of them only get injured because they think wearing protective gear like a helmet or mouth guard isn't cool. I think there's a huge difference between the two examples. Maybe I'm looking at it wrong though? *shrug*

Maybe I'm just being soft, but I do not think that anyone getting seriously injured is a fit subject for amusement, no matter whose fault it is. I may be reading too much into "busting their face", of course.

FAIL at using Photoshop.

It's more obvious than the others I have seen on this thread.

I dunno, there's a store here in town that has been using the "store closing" scam for a while. The post signs that they lost their lease, they're closing, huge discounts on everything... and they hire, sell for a mere 10% off and have been doing so for about a year now.

We had a jewelry store here in town that did the same thing. He ran ads on the radio, in the paper, had banners and signs everywhere stating that it was his last week in business. Well, after about 4 months he finally closed shop.

Since I've been here at the jewelry store I work at, 3-4 of our biggest competitors have bit the dust. There is still one more hanging in there. They have about 4 stores now I think, but by what I hear they aren't doing so hot. I can guarantee if they were just local like our store is, they would have been gone LONG ago. Oh, and the big chain stores are no competition really.
