I thoiuht folks might be interested, plus it's not just me. Anyway I'll stop now as it is causing so much upset.
Why do you find it necessary post the latest information from the Bloom Changelog on this thread?
Could it be because it serves as an alternative to Finder, which is the topic of this thread? Or perhaps because some of us already use that app?The developer is also very quick to fix issues. In any case, I truly appreciate it.Why do you find it necessary post the latest information from the Bloom Changelog on this thread?
I don’t see how reposting information that is readily available elsewhere is of value. While I know that you aren’t the only one doing this, you are the latest person to do so. And I don’t see users of other programs reposting the release notes of the applications they use, which would lead to a disorganized pile of redundant information on this thread.I thoiuht folks might be interested, plus it's not just me. Well as I've now got it in the neck from two users I'm now stopping posting. Sorry to those guys who did find the information useful. As always, a few spoil things for the others.
Oh I know a lot of you guys do, but now I'm retired and looking to enjoy life I can do without anything that increases my stress levels.
As I say it's the few that spoil for the rest....
I don't mind you posting the change logs if one of those people are me. Carry on.Well as I've now got it in the neck from two users I'm now stopping posting. Sorry to those guys who did find the information useful. As always, a few spoil things for the others.

I don't agree with those reasons for not using Finder. Of the alternatives presented. Path Finder is only one with additional features. With the exception of Path Finder (which has its own problems), I have found that Finder (with a few add ons) has all the features that I can find elsewhere.
I'm trying Bloom currently it appears pretty nice plus I could install and update it through Brew.I've always thought that if Finder had simply offered a dual-pane interface, then I wouldn't have gone looking for a replacement. It is strange that the article didn't list that as one of the reasons people look for a replacement.
But, now that I've switched to QSpace and become accustomed to all of its extra features, Finder feels so limited. I actually have a bunch of dedicated QSpace workspaces set up with 4 panes; I would really miss those.
