Anyone know of a good case thats black (gloss or matte) that has a stainless steel style bumper on it? want minimal bulk as well... found an awesome one on eBay but only the white case has the silver band :(

Check out what Totalee has. I’ve been using their frosted clear / gray for a couple of months and like the barely there look. It’s got a brushed finish that also makes it easy to grip and a slight lip around the camera that offers some additional protection.

My personal favorite is the caudabe sheath. I never thought I'd like it but found a sale and decide wth. Love it, great feel and fits perfect and has protected mine from a few short (3-4 ft) falls.

Second vote for the Caudabe Sheath...I started with the Apple Leather case, then moved to the Sheath. Less bulky with an excellent textured grip. I actually started out with their Veil XT and really liked how minimalist it was, but it offers no real drop protection. The Sheath is the next step up from that...

I had a Tech21 Evo I got at the phone store when I picked up my X, because I wasn't sure I wanted to go with the same UAG case again. I also got some brand of glass screen protector. The protector started to bubble up after install. The Tech21 case was okay, but very low profile. I didn't care for the side button stiffness. Not much of a lip on the edge either.

I shopped around and considered a few others.

So, back to UAG for a fourth case / screen protector combo. I've had their cases on my 6 Plus, the 7 Plus, my iPad Pro and now the X.

Monarch series in Graphite.

Nice.

Anyone know of any cases that has individual holes on the bottom rather than 2 large cutouts--similar to the RhinoShield PlayProof? I'm not interested in the thin cases like Peel and Caudabe.

I don’t know about the key way but I have the mous and really like it. Fit is perfect and the buttons feel excellent. Materials seem to be really high quality. I wish it had just a little more grip but I wouldn’t call it slippery.

Got a Caseology Vault case. Very cheap, excellent quality. Caseology has definitely replaced Spigen as my favourite brand. Just a shame they have some really daft colours (burgundy, gold, pine green? Yuk!).
