Best Password Manager

PS: To be clear, does both 1Password and LastPass offer password content to devices if they are offline?
Seeing conflicting things online. Some say that 1Password does, whereas LastPass does not. Hence, my question...

LastPass allows you to access your vault offline after disconnecting from the internet. Since I'm still locked out of my account, I used this feature to export my passwords to a .csv file and import them into 1Password. I don't know if 1Password allows one to do the same.

Thanks for the various comments and such. I hope I did not hijack this thread in any way.

From my ‘testing’ thus far of 1Password, LastPass and BitWarden, I must say, there is a rather close tie between 1Password and LastPass.

Thus far, LastPass is leading the charge. Even more so for the simplicity of adding new passwords. I will add, I like the feature that 1Password has for the password pop up box. One can choose a default of ‘Suggestions’ or other options. Need to check if LastPass has any settings/options I have not used before.

KeeWeb and MacPass are two other more local password and software license applications that can share the same database between them and AuthPass too.

I skipped 1Password 7 after having been subscribed to the and went to the Secrets application for both Mac and iOS devices. The Secrets application has it's glitches, but works across both with a one-time purchase for each device.

I've would use probably use 1Password again in the near future as it's the better desgined application of the ones I've used so far.
