After a week of use on 6+ I have noticed a few rotation bugs:
Sometimes my wallpaper is in landscape but icons portrait
Sometimes individual apps are launched in landscape even though phone is used in portrait mode.

I Can't get Auto Resume Music to NOT Start music after a call. I don't have music playing before, not even the App running. Place a call, hang up, and the music starts up. How can I get this to not start? It is a fight stop music from starting with navigation. All through a Bluetooth Car connection. Turn OFF that connection and the phone works.

Are you sure this is a problem with your phone, and not with the car audio system? Did this start happening with iOS 9?

Bluetooth-connected audio systems have the ability to stop and start music playback any time. Your car may be sending the "play music" command to the phone after a call when bluetooth audio is selected as a source. I know my car immediately sends a "play" command to the phone to start music when you select the bluetooth source.

Issues with this are why I finally got a dedicated old iPod Touch and plugged it into USB. All my music plays from that and I don't bother with music from my phone in the car unless I want to use something like spotify which needs Internet.

IOS 9, the latest beta, will stop the music on my Ford Sync system when taking a voice memo. The system thinks I am making a call and will not release the call until I force close the voice memo app. The music is playing from a USB attached device and not from the phone. This behavior did not exist before IOS 9 beta. I feel that it is a problem in IOS 9 and not in the bluetooth system of the vehicle. For the system to think I am making a call when I am not is a problem. I have a "End Call" button on the sync system but touching that button has no effect.

I'll downgrade my 5S to 8.4.1 if there is no beta6 tomorrow. The battery drain which came with beta5 is worse than drain with 8.4 was.
They really should release another beta. My guess is that it will come tomorrow along with the pulled Capitan Beta.

Using it in anger and loving it. Some bugs, particularly with the calendar and (oddly) text message notifications coming up as raw numbers even when that number belongs to a contact in the address book. I was particularly impressed on Tuesday when I got into my car and it automatically told me that the traffic on my drive to work was fine and offered up the podcast app. Brilliant!!

How do you enable that functionality?

For me, it's been working fine since Beta 4. Only certain apps broken after latest updates (lol)

Yes. Works well on my iPad Air 2 and the keyboard improvements alone are well worth the very small risk. Backup and restore to whatever you have now if you have problems.

Dunno what Apple did to turn the previous public beta horror story ( I know, it's a beta) to this seemingly flawless gem that's been working daily in production, but many thanks. iPad Air 2, iPhone 6.

PB3 here, running exceptionally well on my Air 2. Seriously thinking about going ahead and putting it on my two iPhone 6 phones.

I use the Across Lite app a lot and this beta did something to mess up its screen sensitivity. Other than that, I'm enjoying it. The News app crashed all the time at first but now runs smoothly.

Yeah, no kidding. I've been running the beta on my phone for about a week now and it's far more solid and speedy than I remember 7.0 and 8.0 being. I think someone at Apple finally took charge and decided to INSIST on a mostly bug-free release this time.

Hopefully iOS 7 and 8 will be once remembered as a long nightmare and that this will never happen again.

Battery life on an 6 for me is pretty bad... went to bed last night at 100%. After 7 hours of idle, it's at 44%.

Go into the battery section in settings and then tap the list of apps to see how much time each app has been active. Anything standing out?

In my case Foursquare was constantly active. It wasn't burning that much battery but still. See if any apps are misbehaving; if they are, switch off background app refresh for them or remove them and see if it helps.
