Same here. My shipping email doesn’t show the product. When I click the link on the email to check order status on the website it still shows black/grey. We will see what happens tomorrow lol.

Just woke up to the order complete shipment email and sure enough it says Blue/Grey. Crap. So how hard is it gonna be to return it? I’m not a T-Mobile customer and I already have that band.

Do you have any recourse for a refund / exchange ? I used Affirm so the dispute if I need to is harder than if I placed the order with another card.

I hung up on customer support last night. She literally had no clue what to do and had me on/off hold for an hour. I will try their chat today and if that doesn’t work, I will find a store.

Just in case they sell out, I ordered ANOTHER black/gray last night.

Order page says black/gray, confirmation email says black/gray, but once again the payment confirmation email says gray/blue. We will see. Suppose to deliver today.
 
Let us know. Mine is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. I’m not holding my breath and kinda expect to have a return fight on my hands, but we shall see.

Not a huge issue for me. I will just cancel my blue/gray order with Apple and continue to wait for black/gray.

Right now my package is at a UPS CC but I can’t pickup until 10am Central when they open . I guess I’ll be the next one to find out if it’s a blue/grey . I’m planning on heading to a T-Mobile store right afterwards if it’s the wrong color .
 
I already have the blue/grey. Some bands I like an extra one of, but not at 99 a piece.
You can always try to sell it on Ebay for an exorbinate amount, considering that all Trail Loops are still relatively rare in the wild. 😂 Reddit also has an Apple Watch Band market, if you don't want to deal with Ebay.

Do NOT order the M/L Trail Loop from T-Mobile if you want Black/Grey . This is what they sent me . Now I have to go by a T-Mobile store and might even be out the shipping paid for this waste of time

Geez!!!! Mine 2nd one is out for delivery.

Let us know what the store does. My closest one is about 30 minutes away.

Nothing can be done in store (I’m standing in the store) , they are having me call customer service now (being transferred to Sales)

It just keeps getting better. Customer service has no idea what to do, if you are not a TMo customer.

I just pulled up the chat function on TMo’s website. She couldn’t do anything either, but gave me this number and said they could help. She called them the WTS department. 800-672-5390. Dunno if this helps or if it might be who you are currently talking to.

I got transferred around a few times but got over to an order support team and they started the return . I then got an email with packing slip and label for UPS . I’m basically out two hours of my time and 30 cents to print the label and slip .

I just saw my confirmation payment email and it says Blue/Grey instead of Black/Gray. I'm T-Mobile customer but still I'm going to keep it as I had the same one on order from Amazon that it wasn't shipped yet so I cancelled my order from Amazon and will keep the one coming from T-Mobile. Then will order again the Black/Gray from Apple with delivery for 11/11.
 
Well…second Tmo order just delivered. Blue/Gray again! Guess I am about to call…
 
Well, the same thing happened to me! Order confirmation says Black/Grey. Shipping says Blue/Grey. It's coming tomorrow. Assuming I can just take back to a T-Mobile store? I don't have service through them. Bummer.
 
Mine is out for delivery. Almost sure it’ll be a blue/grey. Black/grey still shows in stock online, but fool me once…Has anyone managed to actually get the correct band shipped?

I ordered the black gray from Verizon, who has them too. Delivery tomorrow (Friday) Let's see if they are actually the right ones and not what you guys are getting.
