Mine is out for delivery. Almost sure it’ll be a blue/grey. Black/grey still shows in stock online, but fool me once…Has anyone managed to actually get the correct band shipped?

Nope and I ordered again after receiving the first wrong one. Second one was wrong too.

This pretty much guarantees I’ll never go to T-Mobile for wireless service haha!

Well, you will be missing a lot not going with T-Mobile for wireless service, mostly if you travel overseas like I do. I get free unlimited data coverage in more than 180 countries and $0.25/min for calls worldwide. Try to get that with Verizon and AT&T. I pay $110 a month for 3 lines + Apple Watch Ultra. I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile 7 years ago and never looked back.

Well, the same thing happened to me! Order confirmation says Black/Grey. Shipping says Blue/Grey. It's coming tomorrow. Assuming I can just take back to a T-Mobile store? I don't have service through them. Bummer.
I tried to take back to a store and they wouldn’t touch it since it was from online

Band delivered. Grey/blue same as everyone else. Guess I need to try calling one of those numbers listed above.

That's going to be a pain! But thanks for the notice. I've ordered things from Verizon before online and they take things back in store.

Yeah it’s a pain, you are going to get transferred once or twice before you get to the right spot

Awesome. That seems to be the norm. Some bands I like having 2 of…beater and nice one, but not really for $99 a piece.

Black/Grey M/L is now Nov 11-18

Anyway....Looks like I'm getting the wrong one delivered from TMob as well.
I wish, if they were going to hose up these orders, that it would have been the yellow/beige one instead.
I just don't really like the blue/grey

I ordered the black gray from Verizon, who has them too. Delivery tomorrow (Friday) Let's see if they are actually the right ones and not what you guys are getting.
I just received my S/M black/grey trail loop from Verizon. You should be good to go.

Unfortunately for anyone looking for a M/L trail loop, Verizon only has S/M in stock.

Good to hear. I actually wanted s/m. I could use either one, but the m/l puts the tab closer to the watch, and I like it the tab/velcro part at the bottom of my wrist.

I have 165mm wrists and the tab falls almost exactly in the middle of my wrist. I am glad I went with the S/M.

Nah, s/m is too small for my liking. So back to Apple. Thanks Apple for making buying a damn watch band a month long oddesy.

A few Apple stores are showing stock for S/M beige/yellow and blue/gray trail loops…but it looks like there are an abundance of blue/gray bands delivered in error.

I ordered the black/gray from Verizon on Wednesday which should arrive today.

I see a lot of you are having touble returning the mis-shipped blue/gray bands to T-Mobile. There's no return label in the box to ship it back to "returns?" AT&T and Verizon have always done that, nice and simple.

I returned my black trail loop to Verizon (which I did receive the right one) because the s/m was too small. Unfortunately, no stock of m/l anywhere, so back to Apple to wait. Maybe check store stock every now and then.

There is ZERO paperwork with the T-Mobile orders, just watchband and two foam rectangle inserts for cushioning

Agreed. Left T-Mobile about a decade ago for AT&T and doesn’t look like I’ll be going back as the customer support is still as bad as it was when I left.

The simple things aren’t even able to be done without a headache. Can’t cancel an order online (even within 15-30 minutes of ordering), can’t cancel the order via chat, can’t cancel an order by phone, no return information included in the shipment, and most customer service don’t know how to help if you’re not a T-Mobile customer. This is honestly ridiculous that T-Mobile is shipping the wrong product and to best deal with it one should just call their credit card company and dispute the charge as wrong item received.
Please update your original post to warn people that T-Mobile is not shipping the correct item. Either that or remove the link and change the title of the post.

Price wise they may be unbeatable but it’s often said you get what you pay for. Glad that it is working for you but others may look for better coverage in the areas that they frequent or better customer service rather than a price discount. I’m one of those people that prefer the latter options which have been much better over the years with AT&T than they were for me on T-Mobile.

This order is another example of such. Not only am I being sent the wrong item but trying to cancel or return the order is yet another pain point. With AT&T it’s easy to cancel items that haven’t shipped yet when purchased online and if the item arrives and I don’t like it I just take it to the local corporate store for return.

I received the wrong color also from T-mobile, took me about 30 minutes on the phone and 1 transfer to convince them to send me a return label.
Mailed it yesterday, let’s hope that they don’t mess up the return also.
This was a disappointment experience and I won’t be using T-mobile anytime soon again.

I ordered one from Verizon now, should be getting it by November 11th.

For those that order and then see it's the wrong item, call 1-800-672-5390 (after receiving the package) to receive a prepaid return label via email to ship the accessory back to T-Mobile. Prepaid label should arrive within 24 hours of the request.

I too received the wrong color, blue/grey. Not sure if Mods or OP can updated the thread title or remove the link but it appears neither are willing to do so as I've reported the post and contacted the OP; crickets.

I ordered the Black/Grey from T-Mobile and got the Blue/Grey instead like everyone else but I really liked it so I'm keeping it. Ordered the Trail Loop Black/Grey M/L from Verizon this morning and it's already shipped.

OP probably works for T-Mobile.
