I suspect there's more than a few shopping carts and such in there , but the tide's in , plus the mud is pretty bottomless so they've probably sunk in pretty deeply .Reminds me of an old derelict bridge I used to play on as a kid. Except for the river used to have shopping trolleys in.
Telford's suspension bridge at Conway in Wales built in 1826 was one of the first road suspension bridges in the world. Leads to the medieval Conway castle (built around 1285). Just on the left is a glimpse of the world's first wrought iron tube railway bridge built in 1848 (Stephenson). Comments always appreciated.
I prefer this one out of the two.
