No problem. You pay a lot of money and Apple promotes this as premium products. But honestly, a cheap ACER does not have these scratches.

I dont know why, i already sent email to tcook@apple.com.
There are lot of reports online, people find out later when cleaning, they think they have damaged it themselves, but probably it was already like this out of factory.

It's ridiculous the low quality control Apple has now. I just got my new Macbook. I am inspecting it right now. Outside shell has no marks. I thought that I got lucky with a flawless screen. Nope, the screen has a tiny two short scratches right next to each other in the top left corner. It's only noticable when the flashlight is hitting it at a certain angle. Am going to see how it looks in bright sunlight.

Going to test out the keyboard now and check all the keys for feedback. Then will check for dead pixels and check sharpness.

Try, if possible make picture, but certainly email tcook@apple.com to complain. I did the same.
