Am I right in thinking the US was the only place to reserve for pickup when preorders went live last week? I know the UK didn’t and have only been able to select pickup today. Perhaps that’s the reason for lack of pickup options today?

And right after I posted that I checked again and was able to purchase one for my wife for in store pickup today. Chicagoland area. 12.9 256gb Wifi space gray
Queued up, or rather, merely chilled in Apple Store Singapore for about an hour before picking my iPad Pro up
This is so as there was a small queue outside for iPad Pro and Macbooks at noon, but some of us could order online on the spot and thus do not need to wait outside
And funniest part is that the 1TB models are the first to sell out. Looks like us Singaporeans aren't that penny pinching people after all; must be the kiasu and kiasee (scared to lose, scared to die) traits winning out eh

was able to order in Canada. weird thing is at 6:57 am, a couple items showed as avail for pickup on Dec 6. was discouraged but about 10 minutes later, refreshed page and now avail for pickup today!
