I went with the Belkin Invisiglass installer by the Apple store using the Belkin machine that they have.

Good to hear, that’s the one I’d like to buy.
Do you use a case??
If so, is this screen protector compatible with the Apple leather case?
I'm using the Otterbox Statement Series (link). It's got a pretty good front lip on it and works perfectly with the screen protector.

I was thinking to grab the Spigen here in the UK but it has woeful reviews.

So now I'm not sure what to go for..

Yes I saw the reviews on the Spigen glass protector but after I had got it. I also got the ESR full coverage one and that’s the one I decided to use. You can’t even tell it’s on there and it’s a seem less fit. I’m really liking it. Be aware that it won’t work with all cases. I’m currently using the ESR clear case.

I got this one and its took some rubbing to get the bubbles out but now its on perfectly and looks great. Cant even tell there is one on. I've always used spigen. I had 1 on my X for a year and not a scratch. Ill give it time to see if the sides peel up since this is a different style then the previous ones Ive used.

How did it go? Please post a photo.

It works fine. It's not edge-to-edge but it covers all of the illuminated parts of the screen. It's smooth and has an oleophobic coating. I can't post a picture since my phone is my only camera.

Is anyone here using Spigen EZ fit? Do you notice that the screen is unresponsive in some spots? I have to tap twice sometimes and there is literally no way I could have missed that especially with this giant keyboard on the max.

+1 on that iCarez protector with the install tray.

Its awesome. Fits with my leather case perfectly.Cant barely tell its there.

The pics below are from the iPhone XS MAX Space Grey 256 GB with Apple Red Leather Case.

I also used it on my original iPhone X. I think the tray is a new option this year and it is awesome. No scratches. Durable and smooth to the touch even after cleaning with windex. I never had to install the second one on my X. The first one i used has held up like a champ.

Did the bubbles go away the next day, just got them today, got a few bubbles, annoying, just wondering if they disappear at all?

I tried the iCarez and could not get rid of the bubbles. I tried to reapply and now it’s got dust and is not usable. I’m returning for refund. My question is if I had let this sit overnight would the bubbles have eventually gone away on their own? Do you have to work them out because I had three areas I could not get them to go away?

I've had an iCarez on my iPhone X since December and it looks/feels great. It has some prisming on the edges, but not enough that I find it distracting. For around $10 for 2 from Amazon, it seems no worse (and perhaps better) than the $40 Zagg I had on my previous iPhone. Is it as protective from drops? Hard to say and not something I want to test. I'm happy with the look and feel though.

Definitely stick with the glass protectors. I was just looking at a coworkers Galaxy S8 that had one of those film-like screen protectors. It looked so awful I thought about saying something. There were trapped bubbles everywhere, so maybe it was poor installation, but even where there were no bubbles it just didn't look good.

What is the best en thinnest fullscreen glass protector (no black borders/3D), without a notch cutout?

DO NOT buy this one!

"ETHYS Glass Screen Protector Designed for iPhone XS Max (6.5") [3-Pack] [Edge to Edge Coverage] Full Protection Durable Tempered Glass for Apple iPhone XS MAX Guidance Frame Included (Pack of 3)"

Its not "Edge to edge" like they say, the alignment tray is off a few mm and the edges are sharp.
They are also a bit skeezy in the fact that they include a coupon in the box saying they will give you a free $10 amazon giftcard for good shill reviews.

I hit return and will pickup the icarez 3d.
Thanks was just about to order this one.

I’ll recommend the icarez as well, and do NOT get the Spigen. I luckily bought both in case one wasn’t good. Tried the Spigen first on my Max and it had a ton of bubbles around the edge that wouldn’t go away. I know people here have said "keep working it" but these were still on 24 hours later and were NOT going to go away.

Took it off and tried the second Spigen and it already had dust on it! They are on,y 11.99 for 2 and come with an install tool but based on these I’d stay away.

The icarez 3D were up next and they installed perfectly, no issues and very easy. Definitely recommend them.

I went with the Belkin Invisiglass installer by the Apple store using the Belkin machine that they have.

This! This is absolutely the best screen protector and like this member, myself and countless others have it done by Apple. You will not be disappointed.

Just another quick question regarding icarez. Did anyone else have problems getting rid of the bubbles along the edges? I’ve tried to put 2 of their protectors on and could not get rid of all the bubbles. Never had this problem with other glass protectors. I didn’t let it sit overnight. Would that make a difference?

I have had a great experience with this one. Install went perfectly, aligned exactly as it should be, no bubbles at all, cant even tell its on there. Zero issues with Apple leather case. Extremely happy with mine. No affiliation with the compamny, just a happy customer. Put on mine and wifes phone and both came out absolutely perfect. Mine however did not come with the $10 coupon for a review, so possibly a newer batch, mine arrived Saturday.

I went with iCarez 3D for my XS Max. Perfect fit. Can’t even tell it’s there and it works well with the apple leather case.

Any recommendations on glass screen protector for the Max that’s not a fingerprint magnet? Tired of wiping the screen with the microfiber. :(

I just don't want to re-apply it again, just annoying, I have OCD so things like these annoy me.

I just received my Spigen Easy Fit yesterday. I gotta say that I am very happy with it. I too had bubbles after application but they are all completely gone as of this morning. I am very picky about fit and finish and I am very impressed with just how easy it was to install with the included applicator. The hardest part was getting dust off my Max's screen and keeping it off prior to installation. It looks great! I used to go to the Apple store and buy the Belkin Invisiglass protector and had them use the machine to put it on - which also produced a great result but at a much higher cost. $40 for Belkin or $13 for the Spigen Easy Fit via Amazon - I don't think I'll be returning to the Apple Store for the Belkin.
