My phone's latest update is a departure scan from Omaha NE while my watch has had no activity since an origin scan in Nashville TN lol. I changed the delivery to hold for pickup at my local UPS CC through My Choice online, and it said both packages will be available to pickup tomorrow, so I'll try going there when they open (7am) and hope for the best!

Ordered a 256GB XS on the 14th, with delivery to Edmonton on the 21st. The shipping notification only came early this morning. UPS says it left Alaska at 8 am this morning. According to UPS it still hasn't arrived anywhere, and the delivery date has just been pushed to Monday :-(

Called Apple to share my sadness. The fellow was very sympathetic. After commiserating, when he asked if there was anything else he could do, I asked if he could give me some free stuff.

After a short wait on hold he gave me a choice between 3 nice things.

Mine is the same, but it's still totally possible they will arrive tomorrow based on previous experience. They were very likely on SQ7952 (charter) which has landed in Louisville, even though the tracking hasn't updated yet. And then should be sent on 5X492 tonight to Calgary (via Sioux Falls) then trucked to Edmonton in the morning for delivery in the afternoon.
 
I’m EST, been closed for a while with no update yet. Perhaps after midnight PST?

No, the options were pretty good: Belkin wireless charging pad, wired beats headphones, or beats wireless headphones.
Well I know what I’m doing if I’m at the store and my pick-up isn’t available

I got the same e-mail. Was picking my iPhone up in Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket. I also had a separate “reserve and pickup” reservation. They emailed me yesterday with a barcode and stuff to pick it up but now it’s not showing under my reservations in the app. I don’t know what’s going on but I hope they will give me one of the two.

Edit: The reserve to pickup showed up again and says “your reservation is confirmed”. Now I don’t feel so crazy so ordering 2 iPhones, just in case.
