Ordered a 256GB XS on the 14th, with delivery to Edmonton on the 21st. The shipping notification only came early this morning. UPS says it left Alaska at 8 am this morning. According to UPS it still hasn't arrived anywhere, and the delivery date has just been pushed to Monday :-(
Called Apple to share my sadness. The fellow was very sympathetic. After commiserating, when he asked if there was anything else he could do, I asked if he could give me some free stuff.

I got the same e-mail. Was picking my iPhone up in Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket. I also had a separate “reserve and pickup” reservation. They emailed me yesterday with a barcode and stuff to pick it up but now it’s not showing under my reservations in the app. I don’t know what’s going on but I hope they will give me one of the two.
Edit: The reserve to pickup showed up again and says “your reservation is confirmed”. Now I don’t feel so crazy so ordering 2 iPhones, just in case.
