I do not own or purchased any iPod. I have also never bought iPad for myself or anyone else. I cannot think of any other reasons..that's why I sought help from Apple Store, and they could not tell me why this limitation was applied to me.
Yes, I did ask why my order was cancelled, and the answer was ..."iPad Quantity Limitation". The operator, who answered my inquiry, confirmed that I do not have any other iPad order(s) in place. This was the only order and was going to be my first iPad..![]()
My card has been monitored and I usually get a call when suspicious transactions have been made (fortunately, all transactions were mine so far). But so far there is no such transaction. Apple Store is currently trying to find out why my order was cancelled. They promised me to call back as soon as they find out "why". But I would like them to reinstate my order first!! Am I asking too much from them?
No, he didn't state that. Go back and read his responses. He crafted his response to avoid actually answering the questions directly.
For example:
What kind of answer is that? That makes it appear that he used other payment methods (such as cards in other names) to purchase iPads for other purposes (such as reselling). Did multiple iPads get charged on a variety of cards but were sent to a single address and they caught it? It's things like this in his responses that indicate there is much more to the story.
Never once did he directly answer a question. It was always sideways.
Maybe it's just in his nature to be evasive.
These were well before your accusation. Nothing cryptic or evasive.....in fact, seems pretty straight forward. I was hoping you would had grown up....admitted you were wrong, apologized, and moved on....
Anyway....glad it worked out masa. I look forward to your thoughts on it when you get it.....your going to love it
