Got my order with the cutout today, and just put my free sheath order in 👏🏻 thanks for the heads up.

I’m surprised they haven’t sent you one with how frequently you’re in contact with them. I’d definitely email them and say you’d like your code for your free case. They sent me mine after I emailed them for confirmation that I’d get the version with the button as well as the cutout version.
Nope no email yet.

I am thinking of buying this case for my 15 Pro. I am scared I won't like the feel of the case.
Does the case hurt your hands? I have heard it has a rough feel and I have sensitive skin.

For those who already received their case with the cutout, is it hard to press the action button? I am leaning toward the cutout version because I felt that it might be easier to locate without looking at it (e.g., when in the pocket), and also because of the haptic feedback, but I am concerned that it might be difficult to press. Thanks :)

The action button is easy to press with the cutout, just not quite as easy as the other buttons imo. I would definitely prefer a button cover both for protection and to make it on the same level as the volume buttons.

In terms of haptic feedback, it doesn’t seem like the button itself has haptic feedback, the haptics are from the phone.

Personally, I think the action button would be easier to locate with the button version if it’s in your pocket. I don’t see any downsides vs the cutout.

You definitely have to purposely poke the tip of your finger/thumb in there.

It does not hurt your hands. Haha. It’s great grip.

Anyone have a picture of their Celestial Blue case? I’m curious to how it compares to the other shades of blue Caudabe offers (like the steel blue).

Placed my order on the 25th for the grey sheath, got an "order has shipped" email on the 26th. The order says it is the grey sheath, but the picture has the Amethyst color. Hope it's just a glitch and it actually is the grey.
What the hell! I ordered my Grey Sheath on 9/17. This is ridiculous.

You know, I've been using it now for over a week and I don't mind the cutout one bit. Muscle memory has kicked in now. They made the cutout wide and relatively flat. Works really well.

When I emailed Caudabe, I didn't send a blank email to their address. I sent a reply to my order confirmation email for the original order (button hole version of the case) and said this in the email:

Per this page on the Caudabe website:
https://caudabe.com/pages/button-vs-cutout

I'm emailing:
support@caudabe.com

because I would like the version of the case I ordered (Gray Sheath for iPhone 15 Pro Max) with the action button cover.

Thank you,

I also set the email as high priority when I sent it.

Still waiting for a reply from Caudabe to get a code for the gray sheath w/ button cover. I originally asked for black as I assumed they would force me to take what i originally ordered. I really think this will look great with the Blue PM.

Yeah, I am still waiting on a code too. I emailed on the 29th (4 days ago - 2 days ago if you exclude the weekend). I'll give them until tomorrow, then I may ask for a return.

Caudabe is reputable and eventually delivers as promised, but sometimes jumping through the extra hoops because of poor execution gets tiring. 😞

So after i recieved the sheath i went all in on caudabe, and ordered the free cover button one too, and then two more cases for my work iphone 13 pm. They case really feels amazing

Well Done!!! It's too bad that folks are having to hunt down support on social media sites. You'd think contacting their support email address would be sufficient. It's a good tip for folks that have social media accounts though.

If I dont hear anything back by weeks end I will head over to X(twitter) and see if they will reply to me. Glad you got it sorted out however! =)

Any photos of the gray Sheath with a Natural Titanium 15 Pro/Pro Max?

I ordered the above (with button) on the 2nd, no shipping notification yet but website says it will ship by the 12th.

Thanks man. I tagged Caudabe in an X post and support got back to me shortly after. Normally Caudabe support is pretty good, but 12 days without a response is unacceptable.
