Just a fun trivia fact: apparently, as a result of these efforts, 68k Macs got a ChatGPT application before iPhones.
This is great, thank you!I've just released version 2.0 which includes many new features and bug fixes!

I tried reaching out via the manticore site but did not hear from the developer. Looks like they’re located in New Zealand. Hopefully everything is ok.BTW will it be hard to add support for Claude and/or Copilot?
@barracuda156 @Certificate of Excellence Sorry I haven't logged into here for a while. It's relatively easy to add more models but I haven't done this because of the ongoing costs. I'd love the default models to be the GPT-4o, 4.5 etc. and to add more support but I can see the ongoing costs becoming a burden. Right now my process is to wait until OpenAI drop their prices for their latest models before updating the ones available in the app. App registrations are the only thing that offset the costs of the ongoing API calls + proxy server, but this is only a one time payment and I don't want to commit to more expensive running costs without additional demand/support.BTW will it be hard to add support for Claude and/or Copilot?
That's great to hear. I did pay for it (very friendly fee I thought) as I use this across almost every one of my Early Intel and PowerPC machines that are internet facing (about 7 machines at the moment) but I completely understand the money math and limitations of ongoing or mounting costs vs dwindling registrations. Regardless of the long term support, I wanted to thank you again for your time and effort. It's such a handy app. I Like it alot@barracuda156 @Certificate of Excellence Sorry I haven't logged into here for a while. There are options to further support the project on https://manticore.nz/legacyai and https://manticore.nz/funding but there hasn't been much interest other than the occasional registration. In saying that I'm not expecting people to support something like this. I built this for fun and will continue to support it regardless of registrations etc., but if I come into a better financial situation in the future where I can cover the extra costs I will likely add new models
