I’m compiling everything together to file a Class Action Lawsuit over this. If anyone wants to partake please comment with the issues this jelly scrolling has caused to your well being. Feel free to send me PM’s as well, if we’re able to win this we could make them fix the problem. I hope we one day get the mini 6 without this issue, and this is a way we can make it happen.

"has caused to your well being"
I don't understand. Isn't the return window of 14 days still available?

Nobody forced you to either buy it or keep it. Issues that jelly scrolling has caused with people’s well-being? You have got to be kidding. This has to be one of the most asinine ideas I have ever seen.

The emotional suffering from paying nearly a thousand dollars (even if you can get it back) for this subpar product. The motion sickness, nausea, vomiting, migraines; and a myriad of other symptoms. Some people may have missed time from work due to the symptoms and should be compensated for their lost wages as well as for the pain & suffering. It also affects peoples mental health having to reach a tough decision about whether to return this device, for myself it has caused sleepless nights. When people are sleep deprived they are functionally similar to somebody who has drank over the legal limit. People may start getting into car accidents due to this. Pilots who use this in portrait mode (as advertised) in the cockpit might get into a plane crash and die because of the jelly scrolling distorting the flight map. This is an iPad from hell.

LMAO, no wonder the whole world thinks all Americans are idiots, with all the lawsuits. Hot coffee warning anyone? ?
Sounds more like someone is trying to make some quick cash. Good luck with that, keep us updated on the progress.

One thing I keep wondering about… who in the world is stupid enough to keep using an iPad if it makes you motion sick, nausea, vomiting and all those other symptoms? I’d think anyone able to think just a little bit, would be smart enough to turn it off and not use it anymore.

better start deleting all your posts like this one
I’ve been using it since launch without noticing, I also barely notice it on my mini. (I also use landscape mode 2/3 of the time) So I’m leaning toward keeping it.
You can't have it both ways. :p

I think this might just finish off Apple for good. No amount of money can compensate for all this suffering.

And now I will be up all night worrying about other people’s suffering. Do you think I could get some of this money? I have absolutely no problem with my mini 6 but it’s effecting my well being thinking about all the pain and suffering this device has caused the world.

This is the epitome of a frivolous law suit. How fragile must you be to buy an iPad, not like it, and suffer emotional damage because you must return it.

You appear to be trolling, trolling, trolling. Good luck proving that anyone lost wages or sleep because they couldn’t use or keep that new iPad that they could return.

Returning an expensive product if there's a problem with it typically ends my emotional suffering.

Maybe Apple will cite this thread in its defense to show that you were putting together the lawsuit well inside everyone's Mini 6 return period.

As an American, I cannot agree more.

I think it was iFixit that describes the “jelly rolling.” The video controller is on the side instead of the top which causes the refresh lag a slight bit. So turn your iPad the other way. Basically Steve Jobs would’ve said “you’re holding it wrong.” Case closed.
