I’m compiling everything together to file a Class Action Lawsuit over this. If anyone wants to partake please comment with the issues this jelly scrolling has caused to your well being. Feel free to send me PM’s as well, if we’re able to win this we could make them fix the problem. I hope we one day get the mini 6 without this issue, and this is a way we can make it happen.

If possible, can you represent "PWM" suffering user groups for the 2nd lawsuit in parallel? If you search by "PWM" "Eye strain" "OLED" online, there are ~10% to 15% users at least suffering with varies of symptoms.

One thing I keep wondering about… who in the world is stupid enough to keep using an iPad if it makes you motion sick, nausea, vomiting and all those other symptoms? I’d think anyone able to think just a little bit, would be smart enough to turn it off and not use it anymore.

I can only think of one person: OP. I would love hysterical updates of how he hilariously fumbled every step of the process as badly as his iPad Mini ownership experience, but people this artificially outraged can never focus on one thing for long
