Has anyone had ANY luck contact this company for replacements or refunds? If so, how did you reach them? They're simply NOT responding to my emails. All I get is a boiler plate autoresponder that my request has been received. At this point I just want my money back for this defective product.

Yikes! Sounds like you got product from their first batch. Good luck with the replacement.
Except there was no "first batch" of the stainless adapters. Clearly, their quality control remains horrible and their communication is beyond horrible. Click has taken money from backers AND customers and is non-responsive to concerns and questions from both group!

I FINALLY got a hold of someone via facebook messenger regarding my defective adapters. Looks like to get a refund I have to pay to ship it back AND and I have to pay postage for my refund.

"You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund."

So I guess I'm being held financially accountable for their mistakes...

MY ADVICE: Cancel your orders before they ship if you can. This ordeal was a big mistake. There are better, cheaper, faster options out there.

[doublepost=1453237825][/doublepost]Return shipping for a refund!?! Ridiculous! They will probably send you a box of pennies!

Finally got my 42mm SS adapters delivered today. They are pretty nice, they fit a bit more snugly than my old freedomoclock09 adapters. Leather band feels really soft, I might use it use it once in a while. Metal band on the other hand I am not a fan of, I much prefer my hoco band.

I received my order...3 42mm stainless with a black band, blue sport leather and stainless band. The adapters are a good fit and look good...but they're nothing special when compared to what else is out there. The black leather band is nice & I'll use. The blue sport leather and stainless bands are worthless. All in all...meh. Not worth the wait or the money.

Finally got the stainless adapters and "grey" leather band that appears to be green to me. Seems pretty good quality to me. It was quite a wait but it's not like I didn't have a band to wear before this.
