Pfft, screw the Scottish Resistance! S'all about the Eyelander. Get 4 heads and you've got the speed of a Scout and health of a Heavy (well not quite, but close enough!). The shields very useful too, you take less fire and explosive damage so Pyros are no threat at all.
Look at me talking while theres TF2ing to be done.

No unfortunately you can not. It would be awesome though, even if it was restricted to only trading hats. I'd love to be able to trade hats I hate for ones I wish I had with another player in the same situation.
