COVID vaccine record????

Your message got me to look into this.

Atlantic Health is using the Clear app for storing the vaccination card. I was unable to add it to apple wallet.
Got to make a profile in the Clear app and then scan the barcode from the Atlantic Health webpage (option to obtain "Get Your Digital Vaccine Card" is on the home page, which leads to a pop-up window that let's you create a digital record and/or download the clear app vis SMS link). I haven't created a profile or added it to the app, but I will soon.

I don't believe that Clear & Atlantic Health are using the SMART Health QR codes therefore you can't add it. I also have Clear and added my vaccine card to it prior to Apple's version and they are not compatible. 2 different verification systems, I believe. I could be wrong but I don't see how hey connect. Try adding your Medical directly in the Apple Health app. If you can add it there, you can add an Apple digital card. If not, I don't think you'll be able to.

Yea it doesn’t let me add. Seems silly tho. I rether it in my wallet

That is correct. If it is not in that listing, adding it is not likely.
Same issue I have (different group).

Though, alternatively, if your STATE is listed here, your vax records should be accessible through their Dept of Health where you can request the QR. https://www.commontrustnetwork.org/verifier-list

I was vaccinated at a state run mass vax site. It took a while to get all the records updated but I was able to pull the qR after registering w/ my state for the records. Best of luck to you!

Sorry, misunderstood and missed your previous message regarding already having the card in the Clear App.

Unfortunately, it looks like we can't add it to the apple wallet, only to the Clear App.
As the other user said, 2 different systems and verification via Atlantic system credentials (I believe), there's no link or button after the QR code is generated to add to the Apple Wallet.

I received both shots at Costco and was able to add that record to my Apple Wallet. Not only I have a QR code, but it appears no special app/scanner is required to scan it. Anyone can scan the code and verify my vaccination status. The nice thing about the verification process is that I get a text message that allows me to approve or deny the verification of the record. I dont have the booster shot yet, so cant comment if that will show up when i do that.

If your state is listed, you can still get the SMART QR. Like in NY, they have the excelsior pass but can also have your vaccination added to Apple Health/wallet .

OK. I'm not sure how that applies to solving your problem. It's the website for the people who created the SMART QR protocol. That list is all the places, facilities, hospitals & states that use it aka the places where you can get a usable qR to add it to the Apple wallet.
 
Ok. I am stumped... I live in WA. I got my Pfizers from Rite Aid. I went to the Apple support page that says what's supported... my state AND Rite aid are. I get "added to Health... NOT added to the wallet".
When I dig into Health app and my vaccines, if I tap deep enough into them it says Signature invalid or something.

What gives? I just want these in my Wallet App! (iPhone 13 Pro Max. 15.2 beta... but has been like this since 15.1 as well)

How long did it take for the booster to show up? I got mine 16 days ago and I’m only seeing the original 2 shots. FWIW I’m also in Ca.

Feenix - crazy and I have a phoenix as my logo

I got 2 at the testing site and booster at CVS. It all gets reported to the Dept of Health. I just went to Dept of Health site under WA Verify. I entered my name and phone. It searches the databases and sent me a text within minutes of prof of my doses and a QR code. I added it to Health and now its in my wallet.

I was also vaccinated in WA state at one of the mass sites and this worked for me.

I got all three of my shots from a Veterans Affairs hospital, which doesn't sync with the state system; I had to submit my vaccination record data manually, which I did after I got the booster so all three were processed at the same time.

Go back and when you see add to health add it to the health app..
Then go to the health app > bottom click on browse > slide down to immunizations > you will see COVID-19 Vaccine > next you will who what and when info > you will come to the page with the QR code > either view in wallet or add to wallet, click it and that will add it to your wallet. Mine says view in wallet because I already added it to my wallet.

My question since the wallet shows both dates how will it update to the booster.

IIRC since I had added my card to my wallet after my second dose, I had to go back through the process of requesting a code from the Health Dept to get a card with all three shots on it. I don't believe it just updated on its own. I live in CA, so YMMV

Yes, that‘s how I got the 1st two doses into Health app / Wallet:

Digital Vaccine Record

Get a digital copy of your vaccination record
myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov

I just used the site’s virtual assistant to upload my dose info as well as a photo of my vaccination card. Should get it sorted out in the next couple weeks. In the meantime it’s pretty cool to have proof of vax on my watch!
