Here's the October update. Let me know if there's anything that could be improved or changed.

Again, I still don't know what I'd like the introduction to the guide to say. Any help in that department is greatly appreciated.

I don't know what you mean about the sheet. Put all the MBP models in one sheet? I tried that, and it got too confusing and hard to sort. Plus, they're distinctly different models.

I'll put the most recent update in the first post each month.

Why is that?

I donated my old but fully functioning Mac workstation to a charity, and want to find out its value for the IRS. Does anyone know how I can do this?
Thanks.

Well, when I tried accessing the site my work computer flagged a couple of fake alerts.

The message you're getting is because Google believes that Mac2sell hosts content from another site (asspuc.com) that contains malware - i.e. what the warning message states:

http://google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?tpl=safari&site=asspuc.com&hl=en-us

Old thread. Anyone got any current sources?

As far as I know, mac2sell is still at least halfway accurate. It typically is favorable for the seller (in other words, it gives you a high estimate), but will get you a ballpark number.
