Asus gtx 750 Ti coolermaster silencio case 8gb ram plus other parts and coolers And all for 1k i am happy.
Why aren't you getting the same amount of ram on both machines?
Excellent.
The i7-4790 is a beast and runs cool, so does the GTX 750 Ti.
Pick some quiet fans for your case and enjoy!
I have several of the server specced Mac Mini's and as little as they are they run solid and I never have had one fail on me. If you are doing this for dinks and giggles go hackintosh, but if you are working professionally then just get a mini or an imac.
LOL. You compare "some town in Germany" to the company that employs the most CS Ph.Ds in industry. The world's largest group of computer scientists is just an anecdote. LOL.
Our understanding of "professional" is differrent. I cant waste my money on just marketting tricks. I want power and function. I have seen yosemite and i understood apple have set their route on mobility and general level user functions. I seek productivity and power.
Thanks
Because unfortunately mini could not be updated later.
Thanks

I really like my new pc. I can see that windows is not as bad as it once was and i can see i was a bit outdated in tech but i wasnt aware of it. After using it for 2 days i decided to postpone my hackintosh idea.

And certainly don't waste time trying to get a Hackintosh working.
I can see where an hour or two could be too much time for some people, even if it results in a much better computer in terms of speed, capabilities and performance.![]()
IDo you think i should still try the hack?
I am booting to windows in 10 seconds and this pc is dead silent with the ssd, office apps load almost instantaneously and there are even more programs to use.
Do you think i should still try the hack? How will it benefit me apart from the handoff bs?
Of course i can. When i get to my pc i will.
I already feel i wasted my time with hacks and stuff to overcome apples restrictions on running windows on second ssd in my macbook and ssd trim and sata 2 support and what not. The argument that apple is hassle free is outdated because you have to deal with these restrictions all the time. My sony vaio with exact same parts run windows 8 like brand new and it is older. Why not my macbook?
I like osx very much but apple wants too much compromise. Much more than money.

I couldn't agree with that statement more. I jumped on the Apple bandwagon back in 2009 and have seen a steady decline in quality and a steady increase in problems. The latest "updates" to the iMac, Mini, and iOS have solidly aimed me away from Apple as a future hardware customer.
Yosemite and Mavericks requires a 64-bit chip. That might be the reason your MacBook was let go.
Both mavericks and yosemite run well on my macbook. I like my macbook a lot. But i hardly find any computer i can give my money now. And the pc i bought "just works" for me as much as my macbook did.
I agree. Apple is going in the wrong direction IMO. They will/are driving away the pros/power users. They want all their computers to be throwaway appliances replaced every 2-3 years. Joe Idiot-consumer might like that, but not people that need to get real work done.
If you really are the patrician pro that you seem to see yourself as, one wonders why you are mixing with plebeian Mac Mini users, for whom your contempt is blatantly obvious?
Surely the Mac Pro, and forum would be more in keeping with your status.
Surely it is where you belong rather than hanging out here, lowering yourself to denigrating the average Joe or Jill, for whom a modestly specced Mini is all the computer we need.
Do you think Apple cares what you think anyway?
Apple is going in the wrong direction IMO.
You've got a serious hard on for me don't you. How about you stop replying to my posts?
Apple is one of the 20 richest companies in the world. Their profits are approaching one trillion US$. Maybe you should warn them.
Now you are getting smutty; insulting even.
How about a bit less fantasising?
Just because they make a ton of money doesn't mean I can't have an opinion. Last I checked McDonalds makes the most money on burgers... do you want to defend them too?
