Ok. So I get 9to5Mac emails every day. Their website seems to be extremely pro-Apple. However, I received one of their emails yesterday and it linked to an article from The Verge about about a very troubling aspect of Apple retail and customer service. Link below.
It is terrible to say the least. I think you should all read it and ask yourselves what’s more important… treating lower-level employees humanely or sacrificing their well-being for Apple’s bottom line.
Also, this type of article, which MacRumors absolutely knows about but won’t report on, confirms to me that MacRumors is basically an Apple salesperson. Whitewash most topics and enjoy their ad revenue.
