Like animals being hunted? Theres a market for that?
You need to spend some time in Whitetail country . And bring your bow . Venison jerky here is the cat's meow .

Not everyone wants to eat Vulcan Plomeek soup all day long .

Before you ask , I actually tried veganism for a week just as an experiment . I nearly wound up in the hospital I felt so ill . Humans are hardwired apex omnivorous predators . Nature gave you both fangs and molars , after all . Recognizing it is coping with it .

linus is an idiot.
Why is that? What in that video do you think makes him an idiot? I've seen it and I didn't see him make any comments which haven't been made here.

It's all short term emotion designed to get the ol' heart pitter pattering , like twitter . A brief dopamine rush . That's why I try not to view these videos even though the topic is of interest . Linus is not a tech .

One of my clients is a responsible video editor who produces YouTube hunting videos - he's got hundreds of thousands of subscribers and he's too honest to pull any of these hyperventilating tricks .

If I made a YT video on a tech operation , it wouldn't have thousands or millions of viewers . Maybe , say , only 314 . But it'd have lasting value for them , not just a warm glowing feeling for ten seconds .
He doesn't write the content for the majority of his videos. He has a staff of writers who perform research and write the majority of the content.

Some of Linus’s content is useful. It’s occasionally a decent high-level talk about a topic that then turns into in-depth study reading on other sites for me. Some of his videos agree done purely for entertainment value alone.

His point about the Afterburner card being decode-only is interesting. I had assumed it was decode and encode. Since I do simulation work, not video stuff, I won’t be using or buying Afterburner, but limited functionality and poor long-term software support is always typical for accelerator cards and other ASICS like that. No surprise.
