Suspect it's more than just Lion promo material - that stuff isn't usually marked as "do not open"?

My guess is that Lion is the reason for the overnight. When I worked there, the only time we had to do overnights was when the wall graphics had to be changed, or a major rearrangement of the demo equipment. Mac hardware refreshes usually didn't get new wall graphics, although iPhone/iPad did.
Hopefully there will be refreshed Macs tomorrow too. I just don't think they necessarily need an overnight visuals crew if tomorrow was *only* refreshed Macs.

The overnighter is obviously for all the new Lion material to go on the walls and so forth. However, that material isn't going to come in massive pallets either. So if the OP is correct, then the pallets will contain new computers.
I imagine they'll open the box to find a dead Snow Leopard that's been sitting at the back of a warehouse in Cupertino for 2 years.

They could weed out the people who don't follow instructions by putting a real Lion in there and saying "Do Not Release until further notice."

relax, the whole point of this site is to speculate on rumors.. some of us enjoy talking about these to pass the time (and for some.. to keep sane
) before actual release day.
BTW, how they maintenance or open that boxes and apply new designs or maybe replace old MBA's with new MBA's in Fifth Avenue, New York store?

They close the store for a few hours. They have done this when new iPhones have come out at 5pm on a Friday.
I can't see a reason to label lion info as not to open everyone already knows about it. Considering how small MacBook airs are these boxes could hold 20-40 easy. I still have my doubts about tomorrow think the golden release was last Friday the airs still had to have the OS installed packaged and shipped in just a few days seems like a lot of work in a short amount of time.
