No issues here on Comcast's lowest tier Internet service (wired connection).

Cable modem connects to a time capsule that splits to the ATV and a hub that splits to TiVo, a DVD player, and an Aruba that connects me securely to my work network (laptop w/softphone/video and hard phone), and another hub that splits to a Tivo, a DVD player, and my desktop PC. Of course the time capsule is broadcasting wifi to the various iDevices and we're often watching two Netflix shows at once and somebody is always surfin'.

I'm amazed it works at all.

Wow, a 60 ft screen! Where do you keep it, in an airplane hangar?

Ian Faith: Nigel gave me a drawing that said 18 inches. Now, whether or not he knows the difference between feet and inches is not my problem. I do what I'm told.
David St. Hubbins: But you're not as confused as him are you. I mean, it's not your job to be as confused as Nigel.

My ATV 2 works flawlessly with Netflix and all the other streaming sources.

I'm in this camp. I have 3 ATV's. I've not yet seen a network delay with Netflix, Apple TV rentals, streaming from my iTunes library, etc. I have an Airport Extreme and it's been solid as a rock. I think I'm fortunate to have Comcast's Xfinity service in my area though... I've never had such reliable service from Comcast.

Ok, I'm new to ATV2 (just purchased yesterday) but NOT new to Netflix...
Up until now I've been streaming Netflix via my Sony BluRay player through a wired connection to my Airport Extreme Dual Band...It's worked fairly well except for the rather protracted load times (especially with HD material), the occasional 10 second buffer and a serious lag in the rewind/fast forward response using the Sony BluRay remote...(I am streaming to a Sony NX710 connected via HDMI)...

After setting up the new ATV2 and letting it update to the lastest software version, with a 5GHz wireless N connection to the Airport Extreme (fed from my Cox mid-tier internet plan), I decided to give the Netflix app a go...
WOW! Was I ever impressed with the nearly immediate response to the Apple remote for rewind/FF and the load times were literally cut in half and there was not a single buffer as I watched several episodes of S04 of 24 in HD...
I'll stick with the ATV2 Netflix app for now as it was just a MUCH better user experience...
I'm wondering if the speed of the ATV2 on the 5GHz wireless N connection is this good, it would be even better if I switched to a "wired" connection. I am out of inputs on my Airport Extreme but I can "unwire" my BluRay player now that I will be streaming Netflix from the ATV2...(and I was so hoping the new Airport Extreme would come with increased inputs...C'mon Steve...three inputs in todays world?)...

i've never used an atv, but my ps3 performs brilliantly at netflix streaming. 1080p without a hitch! i don't think i've ever seen it stutter, pause, or buffer.
