So, after reading all of the comments on here(from after my last post). I don't think I will be buying an iPhone this year. Likely I will buy one in 2020, because if I buy a new phone, it's going to wait until a iPhone is available with 5G.
As far as 2019 Apple devices, my thoughts are as follows:
iPad Pro will likely see just some nominal spec bumps. A13X CPU likely be 8-core like A12X but will probably have a higher clock speed maybe up to 2.8GHz or 3.0GHz instead of 2.49GHz. RAM will either stay on 4/6GB or they will add 6/8GB RAM options. Maximum storage could be bumped to 2TB, since there are now individual 1TB chips for mobile usage. On an unrelated note, I think Apple is probably also working on a ARM laptop, and an ARM port of macOS and will eventually build an ARM-based MacBook
iPhone 11 will probably also just be nominal spec increases. A13 CPU will likely remain similar to A12 but maybe a slight clock increase and higher efficiency from 5nm die shrink. RAM will likely be same 4GB, or they might opt for 6GB. Maximum storage option could see a bump to 1TB, seeing as chipmakers have recently started building 1TB chips for phone and tablet usage.
iPod Touch 7th gen, IMO will be a radical departure from the 6th gen from 2015. Likely, Apple will choose to use 3/4GB of RAM. They will probably upgrade the CPU to A11 or A12. Storage will likely be bumped to 64GB base and will have 128GB and 256GB variants. In addition, the screen will likely be upgraded in size as well. I think it will likey look similar to iPhone 8, and be similar spec-wise.
iPad Mini 5th gen, will probably just receive a spec-bump to bring it from an A8 CPU to A11 or even A12, a RAM boost might happen as well.
Apple TV. I am not sure, but I suspect Apple is going to want it to compete with the nVidia SHIELD TV, so they will likely upgrade CPU to A12X, RAM to 6 or 8GB and storage will likely also receive an upgrade as well, maybe even to 1TB. I personally would love to see Apple give it the internals similar to a current-gen iPad Pro, because Apple has stated that iPad Pro is as powerful as an Xbox One S. Also going further into dreamland would be, if Apple worked with Valve or others to bring some AAA games to Apple TV. If I had a wishlist it would be 1st No Man's Sky, 2nd Subnautica, 3rd Dirt Rally, 4th Project Cars 2, 5th Need For Speed: Payback, 6th Need For Speed: Most Wanted. If those games were ported and exactly like their Xbox counterparts, I would def buy an Apple TV, one for every TV in my house...
