As soon as I heard Adobe was switching to subscription, I bought Adobe stock. It’s up about 160% since then. Makes me feel much less angry about forking over 400 bucks a year for Creative Cloud...
Edit: Not up 160%. Up 260%. Yeah, Apple apps are going subscription.

Knowing Apple they will announce two half baked feature for iPad os.
Movable Home Screen widgets (shocked a software update for the current iPad OS never added this; a whole year waiting? Pathetic)
Memojis (who cares)
An updated files app

One guy is betting there are going to pro apps coming to iPad by creating a new subreddit to discuss them…

I stand corrected. I said I’d come back and either admit i was right or that I’m wrong. Well I’m here to admit I was wrong.

The M1 iPad Pro remains the biggest waste of money.
Yeah, I've learned to never buy anything based on promises made or not. So many people had this fantasy of Apple hitting out of the park, but that's not how they work.

Apple likes to trickle features over time. They're gonna wait until M3 or so before they push out all the stops IMO.

No, you were right at the first part of your post. If we are to follow that logic, Apple will never pull out all the stops. Why offer everything, when they can just keep trickling new features over time?

I understand fully to never buy a product with the promise of software, however give that the iPad Pro is the “Pro version“, i figured they would put 1 or 2 pro features that are unique to the M1 models. Guess not.

You‘re still continue guessing. Being informed is probably much better as a way to operate. ?
