Maybe it won’t work because you’re not on El Cap. I’m using the Beta, and it works for me.

On your screenshot the tab is in the main window from safari i think.

He is right. You can click the download button and it works, but if you try to click the app for more info it says it's not available in the U.S.

They just put up the kernel debug kit for osx 10.11 build 15A284 and they removed the GM from the dev website, with a link to the app store saying 'coming soon' - it's definitely happening, but they're probably also releasing an update to xcode.

Yep, this is what I did half an hour ago, until now it was downloading extremely slow, managed to get about 2MB in 30 mins rofl, getting a bit faster now though.

YAY!!! Finally, searching El Capitan worked after closing and reopening the App Store. Downloading now at a cool 8.2MB/s (around 60Mbps).
