Looks like there is a new design on the "Apps made by Apple" page in App Store. Or maybe I'm hallicunating because of lack of a snappy download.

Exactly my thought too. I don't believe it until I see proof.
In the last half hour, Apple has released Safari 9.0, iOS 9.0.2 and iOS 9.1 DB3 but hasn't bothered with El Capitan.
That seemed to be the general thought. Also MR El Cap roundup hasn't changed since 18 hrs ago...
Not that I am complaining but does seem odd that all this other stuff is coming out when its OS X release day.
Well I'm getting tired of waiting. Going to watch "Limitless Episode 2". Will be back in about 40 minutes to wait for the update

If you want to shake it up a little you can press cmd 1 instead
It's in the US app store now but you have to search for the name "El Capitan"
