Currently having drip Kenyan. Finally sorted out the drip maker.

@D.T. Those beans look nice. French is tricky for a lot of companies.

Friends just got back from Cuba/Mexico, brought me this :)

[doublepost=1530031990][/doublepost]Just made what was supposed to be a sample and turned into a whole pot :D Wow, terrific!

That vanilla is precious. The current raw rate is very high due to storm damage and there being a higher need from other producing regions. I had a feeling last year and bought boxes of Tahitian and Madagascar vanilla beans and extract.

At the time I could get organic grade A Madagascar extract @ 16 oz for about $14 from our nearest Costco. They're currently trying out prices anywhere from $36-50 for the same amount. Beans shot up in price, too.

Having a Cappucino while preparing to make a clean install of High Sierra.
I have stayed on Sierra after hearing all scare of how HS destroyed their fusiondrives, systems etc.

Might have been messy in the 1st versions, right.
But now it’s up on 13.5.04 Should be ok. :)
Want to be on latest system before Mojave. Feels better.

Will make a lot of YogiTea and watch Sweden's game against Mexico. Already know they won with 3-0 and won the group. Woohoo.
Just forgot they played today. Been busy with HighSierra.
But I can watch a good win afterwards :D

Germany humilated our guys after they won against us. Bad behaviour of some of their leaders that ran up and mocked our guys after they goaled just before the end, and yes they won. But how low.
Those leaders got suspended though.
Now they lost against South-Corea and came last in the group.
Instant karma. :p

A lovely start to the day. An espresso, The Sunday Times and Beethoven playing on my HomePod. Marvellous!

Excellent choice, but, for me, that would be something I'd see more as evening music (or, also winter music).

Anyway, enjoy it.
Pretty much the same for me, although there is never a bad time for Beethoven.

Well a bit late but time for a coffee in the sun, a bit of laundry and (ugh) administrative stuff to do.

Watching the WC Russia-Spain. Not as fun as last nights Uruguay- Portugal.
Keeping iMac on, not always watching, until it happens something fun. Stream it to iPhone or iPad when I’m somewhere out of view.

Enjoying a Cappuccino with both CoconutOil and MCT oil, delicious.
Like the taste of these mixed oils. There’s health/fat burning benefits they say too :)

I've just bought a second-hand soya milk making machine. I didn't even know such a thing existed, not that I ever thought to look for one. All the buttons are in Chinese, but I actually speak/read enough Mandarin to work it out.

I had a soya milk latte with a bit of Muscovado sugar in it. Tasty! The weakest link was the espresso as I was using relatively old beans. Wil sort that out and try again.

Also watching the Russia/Spain match which seems to be locked in stalemate with neither side knowing really what to do. I predict penalties.

I think karma AND dharma works in mysterious way.
Not sure thoughts or wishful thinking causes karma, think it's more actions.
I see my own discomforts, diseases, accidents etc as karma, patterns and experiences from past going out of the system.

I do believe the power of thought is strong though.
In this matter, maybe it's better to wish for Brazil to win rather then who is gonna loose.
I will definitely enjoy the game.

Will enjoy my Cappuccino before I need to pay my dentist a visit.

I've just enjoyed my own mug of Ethiopian coffee.

Re Brazil, I have never bought into the sort of adulation that they seem to attract in the footballing world; I prefer my heroes slightly more awkward, grubby and human; demigods sit ill with me, even though I know that the Hindu faith acknowledges and salutes in the divine in everyone.

Thus, to put a positive spin on such matters, I devoutly hope that Mexico defeat Brazil tonight.

Agree with this, besides Mexico has some very good coffee, a Mexican-American film I enjoyed watching some years back called I beliedve "My Family" featured the life of a Mexican Immigrant couple who moved to the US in the 1940s and who always would sit down to have a coffee together as their "us" time. Film ended with the aged couple doing just as after numerous travails.

Hopefully the spam post above mine is gone by now.

Edit: woot! Awesome mods!

I reported it; it seems that you did, too.

Well done, mods.

And @decafjava - your disquisition on Mexican culture sounds very interesting; it is not a country that I know every much about, though I do like their cuisine. But I wish them well this evening.

Sorry, I wrote wrong.
If you don’t want Brazil to win, of course you should wish that Mexico will win. These typos ;)
And I love Mexico.

Re big egos in sport, especially in team sports, are just no fun even if they are good.
I’m not familiar enough with Brazil’s team though, to comment on that re them. But as I wrote in an earlier post, that’s the reason I never liked Zlatan. He was no team player.

A cousin's son apparently has the same dentist as Zlatan ever since his move to LA. Apparently he's rather a nice bloke. Having met and spoken to some footballers outside of a high press event, most of them are decent and nice.

Currently having ginger green tea.

I wouldn’t know a soccer player if they bit me. This past winter the coach of the Minnesota Wild jump started my car at the River Centre parking ramp (that death trap is now closed for repairs, thank god) and I had no idea until he told me. I wouldn’t recognize any of the Vikings either and they’re based in my town and one of their many coaches lives a few houses away.

Two cups of a medium roast something as I washed the kitchen floor. Ugh. Now it’s time to join the rat race.

Think most people are nice if we meet them. I would probably find something likable in Zlatan too :)
Meeting people is way different then watching from a distance. Always.

Still we like different coffe-beans and want our coffee prepared differently ;)
