That sounds like a plan, let us know how it turns out.

The fun part will be playing with ratios and percentages.

I was informed that the Kenyan, while smooth and sweet (which I like) is a little more robust than is usual for a Kenyan. Now, personally, I love the coffees from the region of the Horn of Africa, but tweaking the blends is always a challenge, as each bag of coffee from these micro plots is different to the others.

Still, should be fun.

As I have things to do tomorrow, I think I shall leave this fun experimentation until Sunday.

We're expecting heavy rains. Boiling up some ginger and cinnamon for a nice herbal tea later tonight. Though I am wanting to make a nice thick moka enriched with heavy cream and some brown sugar to be had with some Scottish shortbread cookies baked this morning. Mostly because I had insomnia.

And a happy epiphany for anyone who's religious and celebrates it, I suppose.

It's wonderful for roses. That's about it. I've been craving a moka from one of the SS units we have but I worry about my small and slight cough that remains. I'll try in a week or two. I fancied a nice Cuban style coffee or one with frothed milk and cream sweetened with light brown sugar this morning.

There's one more vacuum packed hunk of shortbread dough in the freezer. I'll get around to baking the cookies next week or the week after and have it with the coffee. Maybe a splash of bourbon, good rum or something equality enticing.

As of now, some black tea. No idea what variety because I threw away the bag it came in. Though my guess is Kenyan ajiri.

Having some of that nice Ajiri. Figured it was that because I hadn't bought any loose black tea since spring. Probably going to order some more soon along with some sencha, and maybe some jasmine bud green tea (whatever is available and of quality).

Probably some rooibos or honeybush if I fancy it. I'm the only person who seems to like it.
