I've started, out of boredom and a fluke acquisition of a soy milk maker, making soy milk. I alternate my caffe lattes with soy milk or the usual cows milk. I don't add sugar when using milk, but I dissolve a bit of brown sugar in the soy milk.

It really should be called soaked-pulped-heated-soy-extract, as it's not milk, but that's what everyone else calls it. Well, apart from officially in the EU. Almond milk? Sure, great, have at it. Soy milk? Noooo! People might confuse soy beans with cows! You have to call it soya drink.

(I actually make 豆浆 rather than 豆奶 for those who care about these things.)

If any of you feel like selling your car to buy an espresso machine, here's the Slayer Single Group Espresso for you, for only $9,500. ;)

Simply gorgeous: Actually, I must confess that I have been reading articles (and blogs) which compare and contrast the Single Slayer Group Espresso with the La Marzocco GS3.
Yes, we can dream, can't we? The Slayer makes the GS3 look like an absolute bargain! To be fair, I think both machines are primarily targeted at commercial applications; either would be perfect for a small, upscale cafe or restaurant seeking to make a "statement" with a gorgeous piece of industrial art front-and-center on the counter. I also like the LaM Linea Mini--another beauty at a slightly less stratospheric price. Dream on...
