Yes, we can dream, can't we? The Slayer makes the GS3 look like an absolute bargain! To be fair, I think both machines are primarily targeted at commercial applications; either would be perfect for a small, upscale cafe or restaurant seeking to make a "statement" with a gorgeous piece of industrial art front-and-center on the counter. I also like the LaM Linea Mini--another beauty at a slightly less stratospheric price. new supply of coffee arrived yesterday evening......so today's morning coffee was Ethiopian
That is always a cause for celebration, especially if Ethiopian coffee can be counted aong the new arrivals.
