Am enjoying (on this damp, dreary, overcast Christmas Eve afternoon) a mug (Le Creuset) of coffee from El Salvador, a blend (of my own devising) of three different coffees from El Salvador, from three different farms & producers (SL 28 Honey Roast, a Wild Forest Project; Bourbon, natural process; and Orange Bourbon, natural process), served with organic hot milk.

Absolutely lovely.

Up early(ish). Two Vittoria Mountain Grown coffee pods (they now make them to fit the Aldi machine) in an extra large cup with milk. Pleasantly smooth, not bitter, and just strong enough.

just starting on my morning coffee! It's made with beans from Mexico and I'm regretting that there are only enough beans left for another one or two more coffees

My problem is that I try new types of beans almost every time i order myself a pack of 3-4 1/4KG bags. Its so much to choose from, too much.
Ahh, what a nice problem - the solution is easy however 😊
Pick 1 or 2 brands you investigate for awhile, and enjoy your espressos or whatever you do with your beans.
Unfortunately, we have to live with this regarding everything in life - Our choices!
It's also called the fear of missing out.

One of 5 bags out of the freezer; Caffe Lusso is one of my preferred roasters and back in my rotation. Two bags of Lionshare and two of Gran Miscela Carmo for espresso and one bag of Hearth & Fire Holiday Blend for drip.

Inspired by the traditional style of central Italy, the Lionshare Espresso Blend® is crafted specifically for enjoyment as straight espresso: smooth, sweet, balanced, and absolutely sublime. Composed of dry-processed Brazil and Ethiopia Sidama beans, along with a dash of washed robusta peaberry, this coffee features chocolate and fruit notes with a light touch of aromatic Sandalwood. A lovely coffee for those who enjoy espresso neat.

I like new coffees all the time and having 3 different types at a time is about what I usually have. Which beans to have? Hmmmm....it's good to have a choice.

Today it's a pleasantly sweet coffee from Kenya

Yes, I usually have at least two different coffees (on the go) at the same time, and, most of the time (as is the case just now) I will actually have three different types of coffee to hand at the one time.

My current three, as it happens, are all from El Salvador, but are quite different from one another, and this is very much a large part of the fun when engaged in the world of coffee exploration.
